Tear Gas doesn't affect Traitors

This may fix one problem addressed on my previous suggestion

Tear Gas right now seems like a double edged sword, as it affects both Ts and Innos

Why not just have it affect Innos? Like Ts are wearing a gas mask to prevent being affected? It's not like the Innos would know if they're being affected or not

Would also give Ts a reason to use Tear Gas, and give them a huge advantage compared to its current state

I think tear gas should also cause damage like 1-3 dps
