Alright let's get to it. So we were playing on nether and you were reported with this

and that is how you accumulated your first slay.
As we progressed you then RDMed again. I didn't get a screenshot of the report for some reason but I do have a screenshot of the logs.

In this case you accumulated your second slay. Which was 2 slays and made you have 3 slays on you. You said you would come back which you did the first time. Then suddenly a few minutes later you left and I waited a whole round and you never came back in which I banned you for RDM and Leave.
