Talberts Player report

Name of Staff/Player: buttbandit, Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:62725418.

Server: West 2

Time of Occurrence: 3:00-4:00am CST.

Reason For Report: Prop surfing/climbing to unreachable areas, And also RDM although I do not have the proof for the RDM.

Hello,

I logged onto the server, shortly after a Mod was requested on West 2, and heard both sides.

Side that claims buttbandit rdm'd and went to un-reachable areas:
- They claimed he started to RDM and pro-surf to areas, and they stated that they asked him to get down. (how politely, I do not know, but the manner hardly matters here.)


buttbandit's side:
- He privately messaged me to "not believe" and "go ahead pull up the logs" because "I didn't RDM anybody, they started to rdm me first."
- I looked at the logs, and saw that the side that claims buttbandit rdm'd did in fact RDM him first.


Conclusion and deduction:
- buttbandit was prop surfing to un-reachable areas and was told by fellow players that it was against the !motd, and he continued to do it. Afterwhich, another player must have stated something along the lines of "kos buttbandit forever until he stops," which must have put buttbandit in the defensive side of the field.

To note: When I tried to handle this case by asking all witness' to rather send me or post the SS that they took of buttbandit in action; he started to verbally harass not only the players but myself as well.

As I am a new Mod, I'd like other Staff's input in this case.

Here I am to defend myself! All this happened with no active mod or admin.

I will admit that I used the sign on assault to reach the top (there was only about 12 people on) and killed one T while I was up there. When the next round started I was threated with rdm if I got up there, I did it anyways as a detective. when i got up there the players called kos's on me and Talbert himself killed me, I didnt kill anyone that round.

After that four or five players including talbert packed up on me and started harassing me.

On the next map (nipper house) I was called a rdmer which im not. One round while I was a detective, a player threw a discobomb so I killed him. After that happened a player shot me (I guess he thought I was a rdming detective) so then I called a kos on him and he was killed, both players were innocent. After that players started getting really aggressive with me.

They started talking about killing me anytime a round started, because they thought I was a rdmer. I was killed a couple rounds as innocent, and had my T rounds cut short because I had kill right away because of the threats.

I was harassed until POP STAR came on and defused the situation. I'm not saying i'm completely innocent in the situation, but i'm not a trouble maker on the server and definatly not a rdmer. I will admit I used foul language but I hate it when people I dont know threaten and harass me.

I play on all servers and have over 200 hours played on serious TTT. I've never had problems with certain players before until now.

Just a quick thing we did not KOS him every round we killed him every round that he was up there witch was like twice so yeah.

I'll disagree with Talberts post. speakEZkris and Talbert made my time while I was on that server unenjoyable. They were open friends while I was playing and would gang up on me. It's hard for me to provide evidence because they were using mics the whole time. speakEZkris would constatly state he is a almost mod and he knows all the rules yet he would break them when it fit his situation. I'm not innocent and Talbert and speakEZkris are definatly not innocent in these reports.

Regarding me saying "i'm going to rdm everyone" I said that when a Mod left as a joke. when I said that, speakEZkris said he would get me banned if I remeber correctly. (funny since they are trying to right now and the proof points to them rdming me first)

I probably will be banned for prop surfing, I'll raise hell if its for rdming. I just want to say mod smith and pop star handled this very well and didnt take sides

something so called future mod speakEZkris wont be able to do

 

punishments have been given out . SpeakEZkris to note when you get back on you get a sly to for attempt rdm on buttbandit.
