Why you should be unbanned:

I was banned due to massive RDM and "prop-killing".

I do understand that the server has a big no no for RDMing, but does killing innocents for committing traitorous acts specifically
* Shooting towards players (traitor baiting)
* Throwing frag, incendiary, or discombobulators
really make me the bad guy. Was it really my fault for killing them, even though they're committing a traitorous act.

As for "prop-killing", its not really specified what would be considered prop-killing. I mean I know that if you go as a barrel and try to kill someone is prop-killing but this certain situation is a bit hard to define.
Someone in the server is prop-surfing over the map. I know that prop surfing in a way is allowed but only to the extent that your still in plain sight and that your area is possible to reach without prop surfing. But in this case he did follow the guide lines but is possessing the prop he's standing on really considered prop killing? Its not specified in the rules so I wasn't sure if it was allowed, so I still did it thus killing him.

But you do have to understand that if you are shooting a T or a I, that anyone caught with-in that fight was not intentional, and was a complete accident.

As for my last statement, I wasn't in the best terms with other player before the Mod came in. With the killing Innocents due to committing traitorous acts, and accidental cross-fire, most of the player grew to start hatting me, harassing me, revenge killing me, and repeatedly asking the Mod to ban me due to people complaining that I was RDMing even though "most" of the innocents I've killed were committing traitorous acts, or accidentally getting caught in the cross-fire. I feel that the Mod had given me a unfair trial for being banned from the server.

*note: I do know their are time I have broken the rules as for example. Trying to kill people in a RDM fight, calling out other T when you are also a T. I would also like to add that after committing these crimes I have apologized for my action and have accepted their slays.​

You were banned by @Carned for constantly mass rdming througho0ut the day. He will respond at his earliest convenience. Considering that you acknowledged that you broke the rules, it shouldn't be hard to know why you were banned in the first place.

 

Hello Student,

I came on to the server to have many players requesting your slaying and banning, i checked through the logs of the current map i joined on dolls, for killing someone within the first few seconds of the round. So i slayed you for this, i looked through the logs to find a few more RDM's but i thought i'd let it slide due to you claiming it was traitor baiting or throwing grenades, despite me seeing no grenade throws in your kills.

You were also revenge RDM'd a few times so i equally slayed the players.

Then when you possessed the prop Noble Six was floating on i decided that was your final offence, with the previous RDM's i witnessed that became a mass rdm ban.

If you can persuade me otherwise that your RDM's were unintentional i may considering unbanning you, for now you will remain banned on West 2.

You have 4 other servers to play on.

Their is not much more else to say. As for the "prop-kill" it was intentional for me to try and hurt him which I succeed.

The reason being their are no grenades in the logs was due that happening last game in boy's bedroom.

As for revenge RDMs in doll, I never committed a revenge RDM even though I really wanted to. Those were probably due to cross-fire or committing T-acts.
Most of the revenge RDM were done upon me do to killing a few people trolling or committing T-acts in boy's bedroom.

Due to amount of incriminating evidence on me, I can safely assume that this appeal is denied.

 

With revenge RDM i meant i punished the users who did it to you.

However since i am feeling nice and you weren't causing too many problems, if you can keep to not RDMing i will unban you.

 

I was taught not to lie. I will not intentionally RDM by meaning of going out of my way to go after someone.
But as for killing someone T-baiting or if someone gets caught in a firefight, that's something bound to happen.

I'll do my best and try not cause any trouble, but be advised that like I said I have a bad Rep with most of the players right now, due to me killing some player for committing T-acts.
