To start this appeal off this took place on Monday the 25th I myself do not remember what the map is called. We loaded up in the map and a specific player decided to start harassing me user has been dealt with anyway this user fired me up since the mods were not helping but its in the past. I started to develop a flame inside bigger and bigger eventually I was killed and this user was not slayed he did not deserve a slay but I did not want to accept that.

I was starting to argue with Kythol the moderator he eventually told me it is not in the logs and I asked him if he would like to see the recording did not respond. I then decided to take it upon myself to kill him "sorta" the same way it happened to me. I snapped and I should of just walked away for a couple rounds. I then was slain for RDM of course after killing Kythol with a barrel, he then did report me and I told him "the same thing happened to me and the user was not slayed cunt" now this was not necessary and was very uncalled for I could of handled this differently, I was not thinking about how it could of concluded differently. I do enjoy playing these servers but I try my best to keep a cool head but sometimes it's just a little too much.
I do apologize for my actions I also apologize for the players and staff member that I did disrupt now this was not my intention to ruin others stay. We as a community can put this behind us and not worry anymore I apologize to Kythol, and any other staff that had to deal with me and wasting there time. I ask for my ban to be shortened, and or lifted from a global to just the once server.

This is also the video of the player pushing the prop down the ladder and it may of not shown in the logs but he had is magneto stick out and trying to push the other after the first fell. This is a video of me asking Kythol it is not very long but he did not respond he only told me what I did ignoring it If he does have a video I would like him to provide it but I do forgive everyone that has inflicted my ban

EDIT: I did not add the video of the file cabinet being dropped on me but if you look closely you can see he is purposely pushing it down on me and his magneto stick is clearly out anyway here it is.
