Why you should be unbanned:

Dear admins and moderators that banned me. I deeply apologize for my misconduct during some of the games I have played on Serious TTT West and also West 2. Recently I had been banned for RDM and leave which is a not only misunderstanding, but also an unfortunate circumstance that I have. Sadly, I have a poor computer which shuts off if it over heats. While I was awaiting the round that I was slayed for an accidental RDM that occured my computer shut off on me. Soon after I rushed to turn my computer back on, and clicked to play Garry's Mod at lightning speed, only to find out that i had been banned for 14 days! I was outraged and decided not to appeal it and just enjoy TTT West 2. Which I had also been banned from for the same reason. I am a VIP on the server and spend alot of hours actually playing seriously and enjoying the game as much as the next guy. I truly am sorry for this misunderstanding, and I hope you can see that I do enjoy the servers that I paid for and play on. We will never have this misunderstanding again if you reverse my ban. I am not a trouble maker. I am a serious player who enjoys the game. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear a response from you soon.

You were banned by @Slicck for your third RDM and Leave offense. He will respond at his earliest convenience.

However, it should be a 4th RDM &Leave offense by the looks of it. However, I will let him respond.

If @Candycaneore and @Sinz can also give their respective inputs, it would be great since they also banned you as well.

 

Oh yes it was in MC City map and you left with one slay so I banned you for rdm/leave. I wasn't there in the beginning when you received your slay so that's about all I know.

 

I'm at school, so the screenshots of your offenses in case they were required are on my computer at home. I do however, remember that you were banned for killing a traitor as a detective because you checked a dead body and saw that the person you killed was the last person that body saw before they died. Killing because of that means that you're killing on suspicion, and that is why you were slain. I remember you leaving shortly after that slay was issued, and from the looks of this appeal, it just seems like it was just unfortunate circumstances.

@Guilty-Crown - I banned spooder based off of the offenses I saw on the previous bans. It seems like he was banned from both vanilla and west for RDM and leave, and the ban times were not mixed up since vanilla is also ran from the same host that west is ran off of. I issued my ban based off of the offenses I saw Sinz and Candy ban from, and so I banned spooder for his 3rd offense.

I guess it does not matter which offense it was for the time being. Spooder will be unbanned shortly since he seemed to have disconnected, and I waited half a round to ban him after he had left.
