Why you should be unbanned:

Well I was banned for RDM and leave but the occurrence wasn't even RDM plus my network timed out causing me to leave the server​

Evidence of Innocence:

The RDM incidence wasn't RDM at all. I was on the Vanilla server when I gained access to a T room as an Inno. While in the T room the door opened and someone walked in so I shot them they said stop then the game lagged and my network timed out causing the lag of my gun still firing and killing the guy. This isn't RDM because he was in a KOS area and I didn't attempt to even kill him and stopped firing. This isn't RDM and I shouldn't be banned for this.​

Hey @Some Nood Dude, Thank you for being patient as I gathered my evidence.

I had reported you for damaging a player as shown here that I took from these damage logs here.

After your death that round you left the server before answering the report as shown here.

After you had left I had checked the logs to see if the player you shot was shooting prior or had done any traitorous acts and I was unable to find any reason for you to have shot him.

You say that you were in the T room and shot him because he had entered it. This is a legit reason to damage/kill someone and would not be RDM and I have no proof that counters your statement and am inclined to believe your story.

That along with the fact that a good amount of people have been experiencing connection issues on our servers, myself included, is why I will Approve this appeal and will void it as well. As I believe that in this instance you did not mean to leave the server before answering me.

I will warn you though that the SOL for your RDM and leave 2nd is still active and that your next RDM and leave will still be a 3rd offence until that SOL is up.
