I was unaware of why I was banned in the first place. I was playing on the server a few days ago, had a lot of fun, left for about an hour and when I tried to go back on it said that I was banned for 5 days. No reason stated at all.​

Thank you for taking time out of your night to come appeal your RDM & Leave ban on the Vanilla server. Like C.A. Anna stated above, I did ban you for your First Offense of RDM & Leave. Below I will explain the circumstances that lead to me banning you on the server and what my verdict on this appeal is.

Here below in this screenshot is the part of the logs in which you committed rdm:

In that screenshot, it shows that you randomly damaged a player named Bacon starting at 24 seconds into the round and finally killing him at 27 seconds.
I pm'd you and asked why did you damage him but to no avail. Nevertheless, I had to put a slay on you.

For my verdict, I will unban you since this is your first offense of RDM & Leave but however, It will not be void. That means if you rdm & leave again, it will be counted as a second offense for two weeks instead of five days. Please be aware that when you are slain, you must stay the entire round.
