RDM and Leave was caused by comcast being terrible in general and my internet cutting out. after 30 minutes of trying to get it fixed i gave up and went to sleep. Woke up today and was banned.​

Hey Silentpolarbear, thank you for taking the time to create an account and make an appeal on our forums. As I was the one who banned you, I'll be going over what lead to your ban as well as giving this appeal a verdict at the end.

The cause of your ban is quite simple, you had RDM'd a player known as "Iris Heart" and left the server while you were slain. The reason your kill on this player is RDM is because of the response you gave me. You had not noted a particular reason for your kill, just mentioned something about points which leads me to believe that the RDM on this player was intentional, I'm going to ask that you explain yourself further here as I want to know the exact intent of your actions before I come to a verdict on this appeal.

You have a relatively clean history on our servers and frequent our EU2 server, and because of this I would have no problem accepting this appeal. However as I mentioned before, I would like to receive a bit more of an explanation behind that kill.

So the story behind it goes back a few days, there was a running joke one morning about calling people daddy and qaaap was taking part in it. Since he won the lottery recently I was messing around like "give me points daddy" and stupid stuff like that. I killed iris as a joke with the context being he was trying to suck up to qaaap to get points aswell. It was all fun and games.

 

I understand it was all fun and games and that nobody was upset by it, however please try to make it so these games align with our server's rules from now on alright? That's all I ask.

I'll be unbanning you from EU2 since I believe that your internet went out, and because of the fact that you have a relatively clean history.

However, I will not be voiding the ban. Meaning your next offense of RDM and Leave will count as your second.
