yall loud as hell sometimes. vote system. if over half the server votes yes then there will be a silent round next round. (gag everyone not mute) this will be for times when the server is very loud and more than like 22 people are on. can only be done when staff are on. mods would need admin disc before starting a vote. yay or nay. worked very well on old community (jcraft). at least give it a test run k cool
two communities i was apart of did this two two of which also succeeded for a long time so yes for the love of god pls
I mean, so long as the players vote for it and it's only done with staff it sounds fine. Also makes me think of some kinda fun round where you're all muted and gagged. Normal round, but you can only rely on your eyes. Maybe some other stuff.
Mute the people you dislike the most that is what I do and would recommend to others May add to the experience of T rounds or just plain ol' fun, but not just for lots of people being on at once -1
a mute round would make the people without mics be left without communication so nO but as jabba said a fun round where everyones gagged or muted would be fun
This is really only useful for staff members... so I'm pretty against it. Any normal player can just mute the annoying ones and move on. But staff can't mute people sooo -1
Of course this is more leaned for staff but some people may not want to mute a person just in case they miss important info like a kos or something. the gag round can serve as a 'warning' to the loud people to try and tone it down so that there won't be another gag round. ya dig <?>
First one lived for 5 years, died when the owner decided to go MIA, second lived for 3 years before being run into the ground by a co owner who ran it down to populate his community...in which it failed miserably lmfao
This is going to have to be a hard -1 from me. There are people who prefer to communicate via mic because its a quicker form of communication, and to strip them of their preferred choice of communication rather than punish the people who are actually breaking the rules by mic spamming is a major step in the wrong direction.
it isn't rule breakers that cause the loudness its when the server is populated and people talk over each other which causes the loudness i would say +1 to this
