I was playing with my friend Creature Shepard. He told me that we should go play on another server than come to the TTT. So we decided to duel and well i killed him , But he reported, me because he thought that nothing would happen... aaand i got a 5 day ban... Please unban me​

Thank you for appealing your ban today. It's always great to see new players already dedicated to the servers!
Now to why I banned you.

As you can see you left the server before answering the report and serving a slay.
You say you and your friend wanted to duel but that is still RDM. Regardless if he allowed you or not.
Since it is your First Offense I would like to Approve this ban for you, however
you intentionally RDMed another player then left the server.
So I will not be Voiding this ban. Which means your next offense of RDM and Leave will be Second Offense and that is a 2 week ban.
You also still need to serve a slay on EU for your RDM against Creature.

I also recommend to start asking the staff online at the time if you have any pending reports and slays.
This can greatly reduce your chances of being banned on the servers again. You can do this by using @ then message
and it will go directly to the staff on at the time
