Why you should be unbanned:

Reason for Ban
(I know that whether sprays are ok or not is up to the mod in question, but because I had played using this spray with other mods, I thought I was in the clear.) So I used a spray and TheCarlton wasn't sure if the spray was alright to use or not, so he told me to take it down temporarily and wait for a response from the Admins. I did so and continued playing for about 10 minutes when BOOM, insta ban for 4 weeks as this is my 2nd offence. (Please note that he gave me a WARNING and I COMPLIED.) I went on to an East server, changed my spray to a spray that was better than the last and got to play for about 10-15 minutes before I got banned globally for 8 weeks by Destiny Blade. Not sure if I was supposed to be banned globally the first time or not, but now I have been banned for 7.

After talking with TheCarlton, he said the Admins told him to just ban me "considering my previous history" so it's nice of the mod team to confirm my suspicions that they take the easy way out. Again note that he gave me whats considered a warning and I followed his warning. However even after that, I was still banned sooooo...

Why I should be unbanned:
I should be unbanned because it's been 7 weeks and while the sprays I used can be considered revealing, I never actually used a Pornographic spray, nor would I ever (but that's up to the mod/admin in question huh?). I'd say my punishment is more than enough and I have served a long damn time. I'm only appealing now because it's the last week before school starts and I'd like to get the chance to play before it starts and I get flooded with BS homework from my teachers.​

Evidence of Innocence:

My innocence is decided by each individual Mod/Admin (which is a serious flaw in my opinion) so really I can't prove anything. If a mod who hates me handles this then I'm shit outta luck. However, I have a plan to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Before, I would just check with one or 2 mods before using a spray (and I would change sprays more frequently). If you unban me (or don't and let me live it out, either way works), I'll check my spray with every mod on that server at the time before using it. I will do this with every new spray and on every new server that I join. (This would also restrict me on my sprays and the frequency of using these sprays even further.)

Anyways, that's all, but I expect all previous warnings to have expired by now. I mean it's been 7 weeks and it honestly wasn't that bad. Give a guy a break.​

I looked back as Carlton asked me my opinion previously on the spray you were using at the time of his ban. He did place the ban under valid grounds based on our definition of pornography in our extended rules. I will obviously not post the evidence here- but to describe it, it was of an anthropomorphic animal (a dog? maybe? idk) wearing a crop top t-shirt with the bottom of her aerolas visible from below the shirt.

Carlton's banned made up your second offense ban, and your third offense ban was the posting of this same exact spray within the same hour of you receiving your second offense ban.

However, Carlton's ban is already expired. This does mean however that the succeeding bans were placed with the correct offense order, with the correct ban length.

Despite this being a mature game, we do have children playing on our servers, and this has been explained in the past to you. We do not condone showing pornography to children on our community.

Seeing that it was the same spray within the same hour even minutes of each other if I remember correctly, why should we give you a chance?

 

I had not realized that it showed her aerolas as I did not inspect it as long as I should have and that is my mistake. I accept the original ban. However, I'm sure that I changed my spray when I switched to the East server.

But hey, it's been 7 weeks, I bet you have proof of that against me. In any case, if you do or don't, it seems like you have made up your minds. Feel free to share your proof with me here or on discord, or end the appeal.

If we had made up our minds then I wouldn't have asked why we should give you a chance.

You are gonna be sitting out the rest of your ban. Even though I am not accepting this appeal, you should always check with the staff member online about your spray, especially with the nature of sprays you like to use.
