Small question yet very important. Because of varying opinions and rules and thoughts set by mods and admins i wanna clear one thing up. Because in the rules it says Holding The Axe is Traitorous does it mean by if the axe is not charged? Intentions are intentions if you say you're gonna drop it off the ledge but those could be lies so intentions are taken out of the picture. So that leaves one thing. Do we kill someone for holding the axe when its charged or not charged?

Yes, you can kill a player for holding the Axe regardless if it's charged or not. However, if a player is dropping it off the ledge, then you shouldn't kill them for their good intentions. Any player who is walking towards you with the Axe or is attempting to charge it can be killed on sight. Good judgment should be used when deciding to kill someone for holding the Axe.

Thanks. Just a bit of confusion between me and a mod. Really. Thanks for clearing it up

I wish the axe was treated like an explosive barrel in terms of the rules: if someone is walking towards someone with the charged version, they can be shot. If they're just derping around or throwing it off the building, not much of a reason to kill them over it(even if I currently do :p)

Usually the only people who use the axe are innos, and most of them just want to play around with it.

My favorite thing is to follow someone holding The Axe who is going to go charge it, then waiting by the door so when they come out, they get to meet my Colt M1911. Half of the time, they are a traitor, too. Lol!

But as already stated, The Axe does not have to be charged for holding it to be traitorous. However, it's usually unwise to kill someone holding an uncharged Axe, as it causes less harm than many other props.
