Why you should be unbanned:

Was Karma banned for killing rdm'ers and the last of which was a detective who blatantly killed an inno right infront of me for no reason​

Evidence of Innocence:

Even though you may have had reasons to kill all of those people, you can and still will be karma banned which seems to be the case here. I would also like to mention that you cannot kill a detective for killing people. You can only kill him if he damages you first or puts your life in immediate danger so that kill was completely invalid. Regardless of that the ban only lasts for an hour so you will serve it to it's completion.
