Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

The map had just changed so I went and grabbed the axe and charged it during the minute round start. The round started and with the charged axe I climbed up the ladder to the twice towers area. As soon as I got to the crosswalk I saw another player at the other end so I dropped the axe so the floor. I started to turn to walk away and got shot in the head. I would like to state I never went BY the other person. I never Moved TOWARDS the person once I saw them. I wasn't NEAR the person. Nor did I threaten them or try to kill them or even POSSESS the axe when they shot and killed me. Excuse was "Well, he is the one that charged the axe."​

 

Just a note: the act of carrying the axe is considered traitorous. It's not like the explosive barrel rules, which are traitorous only if you run towards players. The axe can damage players if you drop it on the ground electrified and end up causing a lot of problems. That's why it is considered traitorous unless you're a detective (who is the only one who is immune to traitorous acts)
