Reason For Report:

Well, I was on top of the front of the train with a fellow T, chillin, this guy is sitting on the edge. Yol0 sees us, he goes back down the ladder by the window, where he reportedly sees the body fall. The other T that was up there with me had shot him. Yol0 comes up the ladder and shoots me for not killing who had killed the innocent man, whose body he had just seen through the window. Yol0, however, did not witness the shooting at all, only heard it and saw the body, and assumed it was the other guy up there that had killed them. He ended up killing me for not killing the other T, which he didn't see kill the innocent, just assumed by hearing and seeing the body. NOTE: Body was not identified because it fell off the train when shot!​

this is the demo, it's a while in, because it's a long demo.​

 

I was on when this happened, unfortunately there was not enough evidence to issue a slay at the time. I am unable to review the demo right now, but I told Queen to post it to give us a chance to watch the event go down and make a decision based on the demo.

 

I was the T who shot that guy in the face with my Mossberg. I was a bit confused because after I fled the scene of the crime, I saw that Queen's body had been identifed. I would learn what had happened only after the next round. It seems as though Yol0 was trying to claim GBA. I find it hard to see considering I could have fired my Mossberg in the air and the person I killed could have been sniped off the train. The situation seems like a kill on suspicion on Yol0's part.

 

@Yol0 . Can you please provide your part of the story? From what I can see in the demo, Yolo did not witness who did this crime and assumed one of you had done it.

 

Ok so basically both of you Ts saw me earlier on the top of the train with you guys and the innocent, i toke note of your names and weapons then proceeded down in the train. now as i am down there i hear and see some of the shots through the front window( i say shots even though it was one shot but it was a shotgun so its multiple pellets) and then the body of someone fall in front of the train and past the window. Now... i know this was them because of the gun used and the location of the whole kill. It was just them up there and the person who died. It would make sense for the person who died be the person i saw earlier because who where he was posted when i was up there and when he was killed. Anyway i go back to the top of the train to see if what i just saw was correct. When i get to the top the body was gone and a bloodstain where he was previously and the two Ts fleeing the scene heading the other way. So i open fire on them where i killed only one of them(which was Queen) and the n another innocent who came um behind me shot and killed me because i had just killed someone. i did get to id the body before i died and i saw that Queen was a T and her partner had the shotgun which was used t kill the innocent. Of course i didn't get to kill the actual murder, but i killed Queen for not shooting them IF she wasn't a T.

 

So you did not witness the kill, you assumed she shot them or so they had shot them? So you KoS'd by Weapon, Suspicion, and location.

You cannot call a KoS on a weapon. As you did not directly witness this and assumed, based on the weapon, they had killed him. While correct, you still killed on an assumption. The top of the train has multiple spots this person could have died at.

Edit to note, like on the report against Cthulu, GBA does not matter if you do not witness the act or death. You can't assume GBA if you didn't witness who killed the person.

 

The top of the train does have multiple spots, i know. But its not liked somebody SNIPED him at full health with a mossberg across the train. I heard the shot right above me to so saying that there's multiple spots on the top of the train dose not matter to me. the person died in one spot. Now i don't know i you consider me seeing the gunshots and the body fall not witnessing the kill but i can understand that.

 

Judging by the demo, there was a bit of time before you shot Queen and assumed she had done it or witnessed it. You cannot claim GBA on this. While your assumption was correct, it is still just that, an assumption.

If you desire me to issue your slay, I can. Another Mod can issue the slay and post here it has been complete. It is your choice.
