Reason For Report:

I got a msg from Toest durin harpoon round to change my photo by beginning of next round when last round ended.
I spawn as a traitor went to my profile looking for photo to change to i select a photo see thru my steam overlay i instantly get kicked with no time to even change it.
I change the photo rejoin about 30seconds 1minute in get banned for pornographic photo when i already changed it :/

Toest has been abusing last few maps many people complaining about that he RDM'd once and never slayed himself and people getting slayed for Killing a traitor? just a couple of the things ive heard he really needs to get investigated into ban was 8 hours btw. Anyways Ty for reading appreciated.​

During this kick you had ample time to change your profile picture. Later that round when you rejoined I saw you still had the same profile picture

Sorry for the delay.
After reviewing this report I have come to the conclusion, Toest's ban was valid although was the incorrect time initially.
While this was happening Toest was confirming with me on the protocol of this situation. In the meantime he followed our name change protocol. Which is much more lenient then a warning then a ban.
You returned with the same picture so your ban was issued. Although it does appear that Toest could have gave you more time to change the picture after the initial warning. Due to this I will be marking this valid.
This is something I will talk to him about.
I don't see any forms of abuse in this case.
