I'll take a look at this.

 

So I found the logs for this and it was on round 6. Judging from the logs it is a little hard to discern what could've happened without any of his input.

I'll tag @ThIrD-EyE to see what he has to say.

 

Judging by the log, it looks like it might be the time I killed Toastyful for a T weapon(I don't remember if it was a malfunction gun or mp7, but it was silenced). Apache moved into my line of fire as I started shooting at Toastyful. I think it was at the Bar next to the door to the Caboose Car. I can't really remember much else.

*edit* I should also add that Apache never reported me in game because he knew what happened. *edit 2* Actually that might be wrong. I think someone might have reported me. I can't remember everything that happened.

 

@Toastyful , this is the log and it does show you having purchased a malfunction pistol. The logs for this have some sort of error where it does not show if you shot it or not.

Do you have any further evidence? As of right now there is not enough evidence.
