Reason For Report:

Hello, I am making this report against a Moderator called The Muffinman.
I would like to start by saying that I never had issues with The Muffinman and I wanted to back him up in his recent report that was made by Kindred.
However today I've seen some abuse and bias from Moderators Pixi.danni and The Muffinman.
I was a Detective heading up to a body that I was called to and when I arrived i seen The Muffinman there with an AK.
He shoots near me and I shoot back and he stops and warn him to not T-bait because I didn't suspect him of being a Traitor, however he decides to shoot once more and i shoot back, then so he can get himself killed he shoots once more and i had to kill him and then he makes a report on me and his friend Pixie slayed me for RDM X1 which is very unfair and biased becuase I've had to deal with a report like this in the past on this server and the outcome was outrageously different and i feel like Bias has taken place on this one.​

Hey there Eehab thanks for taking the time to make this report so let jump into it.

So for starters I'll go ahead and quote the rules on T-baiting ( Shooting players or towards them (Traitor baiting) ) to illiterate a bit on the shooting towards someone, the shooting has to be in their general direction and shooting the sky or straight at the floor is not classified as (traitor baiting).

As you can see from your own video that I had never once shot at you or in your general direction and had only ever shot the wall to my right and at the ceiling above me. I have also uploaded my pov of this and uploaded the death scene for the kill where you can clearly see that not a single round went towards you.

Going to tag my admin @Ashes Relandi to go ahead and finish this up. Thank you for taking the time to report and hope we leaned a little bit more about the traitor baiting rule.

 

No, you were shooting near me, the very first bullet that you shot was literally a call for KOS on you but i kept on giving you more chances.
you were asking to be killed by keeping on shooting where you left me without options but to kill you so you can get me slayed.
Really immature behaviour from a moderator where they expect higher standards from you.
and again i still believe this is fully bias as i've already stated i've encountered a situation like this in the past and the outcome differed.
and BTW the videos you posted dont add anything to the conversation AT ALL if it's an attempt to make you more innocent it really failed hard.
ill tag your admin aswell so he can wrap up and see how bad his moderator's behaviour on the server is.

Ok so I shall just add my input about this report.

Muffin and I are never biased for when we do reports. In the death scene which I saw, the shots were not close enough to you for me to consider it T baiting.

If you refer to my first pov video (16 seconds) you can clearly see the my first round hit at the ceiling well above everyone and not in anyone direction on the other side of the door way.

 

Regardless if it hit the ceiling or it hits the floor, it's shooting at my direction there was not a single meter between me and your bullets' destination, Utter T baiting.
And the fact is that after the Detective (me) kept telling you to stop shooting in his direction and you kept on going is a whole other tratiorus act in itself.

 

Aye, i wasn’t around yesterday when this was made so i’ll just a add a little part since Pixie was brought into it. for clarity’s sake. Given the situation and the evidence provided i see nothing wrong with pixies slay. i know that this has since been concluded but i’m just adding that i’ve seen this and agree with how it was resolved
