Reason For Report:

He was constantly trying to propkill, even as an innocent. A lot of people were complaining and the mod told me to file a report since he did not see it.​

I am sure a lot of people can attest to this, including the mod named, "Sith Master Revan".​

 

This form of propkilling does not show up in damage logs and could be considered loop-holing
I also have proof or such acts

As you can see in the screenshots, Tarvis (as an innocent) pushes Enemy Aidensmith(a player who was just standing there) off the cliff with the cart, near the beginning of the round

Also please note: In the video, I am saying "report it" , previous to the recording I had said "record it and report it on the forums"
I said "report it" multiple times to make sure a forum report would be filed.

I have no screenshotted proof but can confirm what sith has said and the report given.

 

All of the evidence shown by Sith is true; he was constantly prop-killing. He killed a player by prop kill, but the player didn't want to report him because he "didn't care." I was also a victim of attempted propkill by him, but the logs won't show anything since he didn't damage me. No screenshots, but I can confirm that velcro's report as well as Sith's evidence is true.

 

After viewing the video and screenshots, I have determined that player: tarvis will serve 2 slays
