From looking at the screenshot you provided, I found this report to be invalid. If a death is AFK, the death will be moved into the spectators team and will be punished automatically when he/she come back. Death avoiding is when a death doesn't attempt to kill the runners. This is usually done by giving free runs, spamming traps, or letting certain players pass (favoritism).
