Reason For Report:

False slay, before I could send my side of the report.

I had a report for killing James.e.abela and I was going to take the slay. Everyone said he was seen with a silent weapon but not close enough to confirm then he was alone with me and pulled out his tec 9 from across the warehouse cat and I overreacted. Okay, I get that slay.

Next thing I know I have two slays and haven't even sent my side. Another report is there for me randomly damaging players with a incin.

To explain that I dropped an incin on the train tracks and got a discombob. No one was around. it blew up. No KOS on me, then two people went running through it. Average and someone else. LONG after i had been there. So an admin ran through voluntarily then reported me with logs and slayed me. Steven then said "Damaging people is slayable I don't care" where in your rules it only says it's traitorous. I would understand a kos calledfor me throwing it but no one was around. I would understand High suspicion over it being the only one up there when it went off, but that never happened. Instead he ran through it to get me slain.

Also my game crashed as I was fighting with him through mod chat but I think the 4 day ban should stay in place because any rdmer could use this excuse.

This is not the only mod I have had a problem with false slaying but I am finally going to speak up about the admin abuse on this server when low pops are on.​

Although I can assure you everything here is justified. As stated in our !Motd, it is in fact RDM to damage people for no reason.

For a while you argued with me stating that throwing a incend isn't slayable, to which I told you that you weren't slain for throwing it, but for randomly damaging people with it as seen here; http://prntscr.com/6f83em. Following this, you left the server to which Average Guy banned you. Hey @TheAtomicShit, as Steven showed evidence of and already explained, you were slain for the killing on suspicion of James and for throwing an incen. I am just giving my say to vouch that everything that my fellow staff member said, did completely happen. Hopefully you have learned that while throwing an incen is kosable, damaging someone with one as an inno is slayable. Have a good day.
