    Reason For Report:
Got KOSed for passing an unid'ed body (See a trend here?)

Please watch the video, and tell me how this isn't loopholing, or at least a valid reason why this KOS rule shouldn't be tweaked a bit. This guy has a HUGE HISTORY of constantly trying to find any/every reason to killing people.

AS SOON AS I SAW THE BODY. I WENT TO ID IT. I was killed WELL AFTER I identified it.

Having handled this report in game, already and talked with Raiq over Teamspeak, I'll input what my verdict was.

Player "Sick-Nyan" was killed by a traitor. As seen in the video Raiq provided Code Green KOS's and shoots Raiq for 7 damage, After Sick-Nyan is killed.

Having asked Code Green why this was he stated
    [IMG]
"Abby" being Sick-Nyan, Code Green had, as visible in Raiq's video, KOS'd Raiq after Raiq had walked out of the balcony and into a room which is, from Code Green's Perspective, away from the UN ID'd body.
So therefore I deemed this a legitimate KOS.

Raiq then decided to leave the room after being KOS'd and shot at, returning to the balcony to ID Sick-Nyan's corpse.
In Raiq's defense he did turn around for a moment, looking Code Green square in the face and did not shot him, whereas the KOS had already been called and action was in motion.

Just after Raiq managed to ID the body of Sick-Nyan, he was killed by Code Green, as seen in the damagelogs included in Raiq's report against Code Green.

Fair to say, the report was quite vague as to what actually happened.
However thanks to being able to discuss what happened with Raiq over Teamspeak and then Code Green quickly responding to me over private chat, also catering in what I saw in Raiq's video, I determined the report to be invalid and did not issue a slay on Code Green.

Now I have established what had happened from the evidence I gathered from both players involved and the logs of the round, I leave it to J.T Ripper to make a verdict on this report.
Thank you for taking the time to file this report and for providing all evidence of the event, especially in reference to the video.

    Have a good day.

I am going to mark this as invalid for the reason of that yes, from his perspective, you appeared to be running from the body, and you were kosed for it by him. While you did ID the body, you were also killed within the grace period of identification a body, which is five seconds (you ID'd it and were killed two seconds later). This is in place as a protection in the chaos of people dying as they may not see the notice of identification. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and I do wish you a very good day.

Alright, I have been corrected as to the rule this circles. First, this is still invalid, second, my reasoning was flawed, and has been fixed. It goes as such:

Party A passes Party B, who dies behind Party A. Party C witnesses what appears to be Party A running from the body of Party B. Party C koses Party A. Party A then goes and Id's Party B. This leaves it up to Party C if they wish to continue with the KOS, or call it off. If they call it off, then any KOS's post would be illegal and deemed worthy of a slay. However, Party C did not call off the KOS, therefore it was still active and any kill against would be legal. The reasoning behind it is that Party C may witness this as either an innocent correcting their mistake, or a traitor trying to cover his tracks and appeal to Party C's good nature. As they did not call of the KOS, it was still active, and still legal.

Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and I hope you have a wonderful day.
