Reason for Report:

Let me start off by introducing myself I have been playing on the Serious TTT community for 4 years. I'm am a well known player of the community. I quit playing for a bit then decided to rejoin. Now time to get into my report on the staff. Ever since I joined I started to but heads with Snooper. It started with him not slaying people who rdmed me. He started to dislike me when I called him out for not slaying me when I was rdmed. Then someone asked if I was a T and I said yes I'm a terrorist and I was shot. Then Snooper decided to report me shortly after that he slayed me. Then what really got me to dislike him is when a player called a kos on me so I killed him he happened to be a T and got salty. So the player reported me and I got in to an argument with with Snooper and he said he had a recording he said he reviewed it the player did not call me out. While my slaying he started talking shit on my talking about how I should be in a cringe comp and being a dick with the player who I killed. it turned out these two were friends. What really got me furious is when I asked for him to upload the video he did nothing and ignored me.

This staff I feel is targeting me. I feel I cant play on vanilla anymore I feel like every time a login I get 1 stage closer to cancer​

Hello Reno, Thanks for taking the time to report. I slayed you three times once of a False kos, and 2 times for your 2nd offense for killing a player in which didnt kos you nor shoot at you while the kos was on going. I have video evidence and will start the upload of each video. As for not slaying people who killed you, can you name some of these players so I can look through old logs for my evidence of why they weren't slain? In the meantime please be patient. Also would like to tag @Smittywerbenjegermanjenso incase he has anything to add as he was the player RDMed in the 2nd incident.

 

Here is the video, As all you really need is the audio, Just try to ignore the 2 watermarks on the screen.
In the first few seconds you hear @Reno say "I'm a T too, I'm not a terrorist but I'm a T" As nearly everyone shortens Traitor to T, the player was kosing himself in other people's minds. Also, once Reno died he reported @Smittywerbenjegermanjenso who was the one to kill him in which I decided to report him for the False KOS, Which resulted in the first slay. I failed to screenshot the report (thought I did). Then in the 2nd video you hear @Fiefoe call the first kos on Reno, and I speak, I say "Kos Reno by Fiefoe, for False kos." The only thing Smitty said in between the KOS and his death is "Well, It was a false kos." Never, KOS Reno, Reno is a T or, Reno is a Traitor. Although some of my audio was cut due to the incen, you can see Smitty never spoke in that time frame. Again, Reno thank you for taking the time to report.

If I'm correct, here is what you're stating the problems are:
1. He didn't recognize RDM against you when it was RDM
2. He wrongfully slew you
3. He harassed and targeted you specifically

1 - If you're talking about a situation other than what's seen in the video, then Snooper does not have the required evidence needed for this situation, and therefore can't defend against your claim on this count. He may very well have gotten your report wrong, but as he does not have the evidence we can't tell. This point of the report is valid, in the way that all staff members are required to take screenshots and gather evidence of everything relevant to their staffing duties. If this is the case, I'll see to it that he improves on his evidence keeping.

As for the situation shown in the video, you being killed was not RDM, as you did KOS an innocent. I hear you say that you KOS'd him because he shot someone. While your KOS may have been valid, in the end the player in question turned up innocent, which means that other players can kill you for false KOS.

2 - After reviewing the video evidence, the first video shows that you were clearly trying to mislead players into thinking that you yourself was a traitor, by saying "I'm a T, not a terrorist." T is short for traitor, as I'm sure you already know, and calling yourself a T is self-implication. Since you implied that you were a traitor, you allow for other players to kill you. We do not allowed innocents to false KOS, and this includes KOS' on yourself. You called a false KOS, and were rightfully slain for it. This point is invalid.

3 - As far as the video goes, I do not see any instances of him singling you out or harassing you in any way. All I see is him following protocol, relaying KOS', and slaying for false KOS'. If you have any evidence to show him doing anything to the contrary, I'd be glad to take a look at it. Otherwise, with what I've seen from the video, this point is invalid.

I'll be marking this report valid as there seems to be a few missing reports that we haven't seen, which is something he does need to improve on. Thanks for trying to better our community by making sure our staff are operating at the best capacity possible!
