So I was playing on the server and Skyrossm RDM's me. So I report him.. And at that time there was no staff on but I was about to call another one on but then he set the report to being handled (Before you say "Ohhh well he was the only staff member on so its not abuse". Well like i said i told him i was getting another staff member to handle it)(AKA getting someone from the forums)


So I started to talk to him about it saying I was getting another staff member to handle it. But he insisted that he handled it. At this point I got upset caz he did not slay him self so I starting yelling at him. I will say now that was not the best thing to do but I was very upset. After a few min of us talking back and forth I get banned for "Hacking". Now idk what he was thinking i was doing but clearly he has messed up. Idk if he got upset at the things i said but this is uncalled for. Im just glad I wasnt banned on all servers then I would be heartbroken.

I just want to know why did he have to ban me for no reason. Just because you knew I was right and you could not take it as a man? so you use your power?​

Thank you for making this report as it will be used to better my abilities as a staff member and will be a good learning experience for the future even if it is found invalid.

To respond to the first part of your report, it is protocol that I deal with my own RDM reports if I am the only staff online. I assure you that I dealt with the report fairly and I did not see a reason to get another staff member online to handle a single RDM report.
Now let's get into the report:
On round 6 of life the roof a traitor started shooting people in front of you.

Now, I do admit my response did not clearly state GBA, but you were AFK and did not shoot him back so I killed you for that, sorry if it caused any confusion. It will be up to DieKasta to determine if any punishment will be taken here.

For the hacking ban, I was spectating you and found that you had no recoil with a silenced sniper:

The first shot was a little fishy but I wasn't going to ban you just for that, but after the second shot it was clear that you had a no recoil hack enabled.

I will also tag @DieKasta to finalize this report once I upload my evidence.

If you have a way to prove you were not hacking at the time (ex. demo, screenshots, etc.) then please provide it to me.

After reviewing the report and responses above, it seems that you've got 2 main qualms with your interactions with Skyrossm a few days ago. So I'll go over both of your concerns.

1. Sky dealing with his own report.
This is completely allowed. I will state that if there is another staff member on the server, we do try to complete each other's reports. However, in your case Sky was the only staff member on the server so it was his responsibility to take care of the report.

As for the report itself, I will be the first to admit that his response could have been more clear cut and it does seem that there was a lack of communication in that sense. However, the video he posted does show that you were GBA with the traitor that ran by you killing a player. Because you witnessed the act and didn't do anything about it, you became GBA. The fact that you were AFK doesn't matter, as afk players are still able to be GBA.

2. Your hacking ban.
As per the video provided by Skyrossm, you were clearly using no recoil hacks. You were banned again for hacking as per THIS report against you which was in turn globalized.

All that being said, I will be marking this report Invalid.

I'd like to reiterate the fact that Sky was talked to about his report response and that the first part of this report would have been marked valid had he not provided the video to go with the situation.
