Reason For Report:

there was a guy with norecoil on the server (RaptorDMG) and i quickly recorded him using hacks. i uploaded it on dropbox and sent it to Sickle (who was online) a minute later, hoping for fast action. Sickle told me he was on it so i assumed it was all good.

and about half an hour later he leaves without banning the guy. this was really annoying to me, especially when i already did all the work and sent the evidence.

rdming is one thing but i really fucking hate hackers, this is not the first time i've seen staff act really slow or not at all when it comes to hackers, so i decided to report.

i don't want anyone punished i'd just like faster action against hackers.​

the hacker was eventually banned by hello my friend.

oh an for the record i have nothing against Sickle i think hes a pretty cool guy, im sorry sickle ​

I thank you for the time report, i do believe criticism is needed to grow as an individual.

Now in this case i do apologize i don't have enough evidence to put on the screen so i will give my side so you understand.
When you provided me with the information on the person hacking i did take the next few rounds to record. But my recordings came up with nothing but a player that was decent at aiming, (recoil was there).
There could have been a few things to it and it could have been that he had a program that allowed you to see if someone was spectating you, IDK. (I do silent spec)

Unfortunately, i dont do great when it comes to hackers but i do know when i see it. The video you provided was not enough for me in that time though, I did ask an admin @Guilty for discretion since i could not find anymore evidence was enough,

But as you can see no response and no other admins were avail at that time.

So even though i saw a VAC ban on his account there was still not enough evidence for ME to make the call it was hacking since i did not feel i had enough to bring to the table if so.

I do apologies you feel like i didn't handle this fast enough, but with my lack of experience with hackers and lack of evidence if he was hacking i was not able to do anything about it.
I will leave the rest up to @Slicck for his verdict

The report is valid since he wasn't able to tell right away that the player was hacking; he chose to investigate it further and get a 2nd opinion. Fortunately, this is something that's easy to learn from, and I won't be reprimanding Sickle for wanting to be absolutely sure before he chose to ban a player for a serious offense.
