Reason For Report:

I have only discovered this forum recently which is why the delayed timing on my report. Upon playing a game of TTT I had been blatantly rdmd by another innocent, Scares70RM. It was only after I reported him that I discovered he was staff when I saw the message in the top right of my screen that he was handling my report. The report was essentially instantly solved and he did not slay himself. I believed this to be utterly unfair and called him out in chat on it. There was an exchange between us that got heated and at one point I pointed out that we should simply solve this fairly by having the other trial-mod currently active on the server solve this, to which he basically responded with something along the lines of "I'm capable of handling my own reports retard". Unfortunately this was not the only incident which I experience with him. In a later map I had witnessed a T pull out a weapon only available to T's and attempted to kill him during which another innocent, which happened to be Scares70RM, shot me in the back and then proceeded to report me himself and immediately slay me. I asked him his reason and he claimed that I tried to RDM the T. I then asked in chat if the T believe I Rdmd him to which he responded that I in fact did not.​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

None, My reason for this report is for this occurrence to be documented incase of future occurrences or past occurrences brought on by myself or other members for the community. Unfortunately my computer is too much of a potato to record games while I play. However, fortunately there are multiple Serious TTT servers to play on so my own personal solution is to switch servers if I see Scares70RM log onto the current one I am playing to avoid future abuse and being targeted.​

Hello @Abandoned , thank you for taking the time to report me on the forums.

I am having a hard time remembering this occurrence as you said it was some time ago. If you could provide some specifics into this, I will look more into it.

As for the name calling you accused me of, I despise calling people such derogatory terms outside of SGM and would never use it in game either. You were probably being hostile towards me and I replied back with the fact that I am capable of handling my own reports, considering staff have to be able to do it in the event there are no other staff on.

Also if you could remember the Trial Moderator that was on at the time as well that would be helpful.

I have waited for a week for a possible response.

With regards to you're situation, since both of you have no evidence of this happening, it becomes a word vs. word situation. If this is truly a situation that you find evidence to prove this claim, please feel free to contact me on steam or through the forums. I feel that the situation is lacking key information which makes me believe that's moderator @Scares70rm has done right in the situation described due to the lack of detail and evidence. I will talk to Scares70rm about the situation and try to have it avoided in the future. Thanks for reporting.
