    After checking the logs , I've banned the player for mass rdming.
    Report found valid and I'll lock the topic :)

    Just adding here; this player was just on East; I was about to ban him for Mass RDM and noticed the global ban when I checked his adminstats so I just kicked him from the server.
    If a ban appeal is posted, please tag me as I have evidence as well.
