Invalid Report against pokeben10

    Reason for Report:
    Pokeben Mishanded a report, letting someone go scott, it took him a few rounds to handle it and few more rounds to reply a reason. He had enough information to handle the report properly and slay the RDMer. He claims theres no logs about it, even though theres old logs, and the rdmer admitted it in his reponse with his poor response.

    Why is he letting 2 T-mods handle reports when there was no mods on all night. especially theres a time crunch on logs between map changes and logs disappearing since he claims theres no old logs. I already know he's going to claim I ruined his fun, but he also ruined mine by not handling stuff properly and got all fussy when brought up to. I feel like he handled it very poorly and quite lazily on his part and all this could of been avoided.​

    Pardon the huge picture, but you can see in the bottom left that my recording says that I got to your report 1:38 in; however, I joined the server maybe 1 or 2 minutes before that, so I'd say it took me maybe 3 minutes to get to your report. I wouldn't say it took me forever to take care of it. I also joined the map after the report was made.

    As for the report itself, you can see that you reported Daddy Nexxus for killing you as your traitor buddy. You can also see that you died to his C4 which has an icon on it that can be seen anywhere from the map. You don't have to warn for C4s as they leave said icon. For this reason, I did not slay Daddy Nexxus. It wasn't until next map, Community Bowling, that you messaged me in admin chat saying this:

    Upon reading your message, I went back into Old Logs, like you kept hounding at me to check specifically, to re-check my work and see if I had messed up. You then said this:

    I realize now that I had been checking old logs for Fragmentation, not Richland which was the map before Fragmentation. However, I went back just now to check the old logs to see if Daddy Nexxus had damaged you at all with a gauss rifle. In the video below, you can see that at no point does he damage you with a Gauss Rifle. I was unable to view any logs of round 6, the round you reported him on, from that map, so I am only able to go off of the logs provided in the report itself. It's possible he damaged you with a Gauss Rifle earlier in the round, but there's no way for me know.

    As for your remarks about me letting the trial mods set conclusions to reports, it is part of my job as a moderator to train trial mods. That includes letting them set conclusions to reports. This allows them to try their hand at giving verdicts to reports so that they can handle reports with ease when they become moderators. I joined on round 4(?), giving the trial mods only 2 rounds to handle reports. I don't even know why you're complaining about the trial mods as I handled your report well before the map ended.

    Fuck it, I'll sleep after wrapping this up, it won't take long.

    So, from what you've said, it doesn't match up at all with what my mod is explaining and has evidence for. C4 kills are the fault of the traitors not paying attention to where it is on their UI, not whoever planted it 45 seconds beforehand. It is also his job as a moderator to train tmods, unless there's something seriously wrong, the tmods take the reports. And the other staff members make sure their conclusions are correct. However, by the looks of it, he handled this report by himself. Now, before you ask, here are the damagelogs from round 6 I was able to get when i hopped on

    As you can see, he didn't even BUY a gauss rifle, much less shoot you with it. The only person who bought one was J3k, and he didn't hit you with it. My mod handled this situation correctly, so there is no need to punish him or correct him here. Everything he did is protocol.

    Poke didn't want to investigate at all and only did once I started becoming an ass hat about it. He also refused to mention anything until I started messaging him constantly to which became an angry boy then told me he couldn't access any of the logs (i guess asking an admin who can, like you did was too much). refused to explain shit and then had this power trip with his "Who do you think you're talking to boy?!" (for a 2x mod, quite professional, and is also teaching t mods with a shitty attitude). The issue wasn't the report but how he handled it, which judging by the verdict and auto locked thread, I can assume you're willing to keep this type of behavior( news flash your servers are empty, but that's not the issue either)

    I don't know what you're talking about when you say I didn't want to investigate whatsoever- I did investigate. I never said I couldn't access the logs. Maybe I should've told you I was looking into it. Even then, you didn't give me much time before you began to complain about it. Not to mention your borderline harassment of me. It got to the point of me telling you to stop to which you reacted by attempting to RDM me and by DMing me:

    And I didn't say, "Who do you think you're talking to boy?!" I said, "Who do you think you are?" after you had been badgering me about your report for the past five minutes, harassing me, and refusing to give any context to the situation as it was clear I didn't know what you were talking about. You even threatened me by saying you would report me if I didn't slay the person. @j3kawesome can attest to this as he was one of the trial mods on at the time. @Logan2 was also there, but I'm not sure if he was AFK or not.

    This whole situation has gone from you threatening to report me for not slaying someone to you reporting me for being "unprofessional" upon seeing that your report was denied. I'm asking you to let it go, and stop replying to this report. You aren't going to get anything from this.

    Alright, so I've discussed this as well with my lead and he agrees with my decision. There is no indication of wrongdoing from my mod in handling this, considering he did say that at first he was looking at the wrong map. You also decided to say in the conversation with me, "He wasn't looking at richland", he wasn't, but. It doesn't change the fact that he was still correct, you had no idea if he was looking at the correct logs, he acknowledged that he did and even went back on to recheck to make sure he wasn't in the wrong, which he was not as both he and I have proven. If he had missed something because he was looking at the wrong map he would be at fault. My mod did nothing wrong here, as you were not RDMed. We (the staff team) would also appreciate you not targeting the other staff members for doing their jobs, we're volunteers here, and we're here to make this a better community.
