Abuse of powers. No player should have physical evidence of a mod abusing powers like this.​

As soon as I questioned him about this he said he was just having fun with me and hopped
Not to mention he was there doing this while other servers were populated.​

I haven't got anything to hide in regards of using a command only accessible to staff... BUT - I was the only person on the server (not AFK) and you were AFK. At first, I wanted to test different exploits/spots not accessible etc. I therefore used you as an indicator. (since you were AFK, but not as a spectator...) I "brought" you places, and tried to "glitch" you to places not accesible by normality (maybe accessible by prop-surfing..) As I didn't succeed my first times - there wasn't anything to do but kill you, to reset the rounds... And what did I make on doing this? Nothing but experience. Like, you dont get points (or whatever) by winning rounds...

I also wanted to see where the player got brought when I used the command. (like if the player got brought where I aimed, or on me etc. Turned out to get a lot of different results. Just wanted to make this clear, so that when I might have to use the command in-game, I dont mess up (killing the player...) Example: I was standing on the upper ledges of the map (Dolls) and aimed out of the ledge. The player then got brought by my side - on the ledge.. Turns out the command brings player where it's "safe".

I'm gonna be honest. I might have used the crap out of the command. But, it was not in vain. (atleast I dont think so)

(And by the way - the fact that I hopped had nothing to do with you coming back... Another server was highly populated... Once you came back, I didn't use any commands whatsoever, but played as usual..) Also, I had to check on what the rest of the mods had gotten out of the presumed hacker (below)

At this time, I was trying to exploit a hacker on EU2 or whatever. I was recording a bunch, and 3/4 other mods got online. Therefore I swapped to a less populated one to try out different commands etc. - to fully learn the ULX-menu. What's better than learning said commands by using an AFK player on a server not populated?

 

You even said "I had a lot of fun with you" Why wouldn't you take the time to explain these reasons to me in game, after acknowledging me, making a mockery of me and your actions.
Not that theres a good excuse. I assume you did not have the approval or request from and Admin+ to do these tests on the live servers.
Btw you did get points for doing it all of gun game, which I dont see what you were testing Tping me and killing me all of the fun round. The other server you went to, already had staff so why laugh about abuse then leave, especially since you did acknowledge me.
What you did was abuse and does not look good for the servers. You were only caught because I came back and watched you tp and kill me several times, while I was closing out your other tp kills from the rounds before.
If you were recording, I'd like to see how you were testing exploits, even if they did lead to nothing. You don't use players to practice writing !bring f in chat. Your reasoning of testing exploits and your commands makes no practical sense. As you Tp me over 8+ rounds and all of gun game.
Do not abuse is referred in the mod rules several times in many different ways. Testing, is not good enough reasons to show blatant abuse of the commands your admin has entrusted you with.

Okay... and the first thing you said was I had a lot fun w/ you. So why would that be your response if i said wtf.... hello. So your saying a player upset and questioning why your abusing your privileges is to laugh and say fuck it im hopping theyre reporting.
So which is it, you hopped to help other capable staff that know commands and dont have to practice or because you knew you were gonna be reported, so why try to explain. I guess it could be a mixture of both. But this is just showing me you make less and less sense of what was actually going on. Im pretty sure you explained why you did all of it, so @ryan can probably look this over now.

 

If a sensible person started questioning me - I would most likely give a good explenation. But, you Falcor.. I've heard a lot of things about you and your past in the SGM community... And based on your initial reaction on what I was doing, I would've gotten reported anyhow. No point in trying to convince a person of such caliber - of such a "maturity online.

 

Im fairly certain the entire staff team has had discussions about treating every player the same regardless of whatever whispers and notes you hear and read. I would hope your responses and reaction to being reported for blatant abuse and now how you treat players you hear rumors or whatever effects how you staff and treat such players, is a major deciding factor in this report. I hope this report is a good learning experience for the entire staff team. Please don't lock. Papa said there was more coming in a previous post and I would like to be able to respond. Unless he was referring to insulting me in a forum report(for being shocked and vocal about abuse), then referring to whispers as his reasoning for laughing about it instead of taking any other appropriate avenue or reaction.

 

Hello Falcor, after reviewing the evidence and my moderator @PapaCharlie responses this report will be marked valid. He will face an immediate demotion for abuse of powers and talking to players in a way that's unacceptable for any staff member.
