TrinityBlade had RDM'd me right after I killed and id'd a traitor, so I was proven, me and another user Noccam :^) was calling her out for that. and Trinity only replied "Meh". I'd also like to report Pacifist for dropping the Ball on the report and not slaying her, he even'd admitted I should report him since he handled the report​

Hi there, Bonk, I appreciate you taking your time to write this report on me, so lets hop into it shall we.

Above, you can see the report you filed against me, you reported me for what you perceived to be rdm. However, my reasoning for killing you was due to you placing a kos on cruelfix (goku), who later turned out to be innocent. Unfortunately, I do not have the chat logs or the proof that cruelfix (goku) was an innocent, but Pacifist should have these since he dealt with the report you filed against me.
You say that you were proven for killing a Traitor, however this was not known to me at the time, I did not witness you kill a traitor, nor did I hear you claim to be proven over mic or through text chat. I attribute this to the unfortunately loud server we both were playing on.

As for the "Meh" comment, this is a comment I made shortly after killing you. I made this comment because I id'd your body and realized that you were an innocent, and this merited an apathetic "meh".

So, what happened was that you were killed for calling a false kos on an innocent player. Trinity blade saw that the player was innocent, and killed you for it. Here is the report, the proof that you did in fact kos an innocent player, and the proof that the body was ided as innocent.

I killed the innocent because Goku was killing an AFK so I called a KOS and thought it was a traitor but he ended up being innocent

You still called a kos on an innocent player. Regardless of the reason, you yourself committed a traitorous act.

Yes, the person you kosed DID commit a traitorous act, and you had every right to call a kos on them. However:

No, they are completely unrelated. You calling a kos on the person for killing an afk was fine. You didn't rdm cruel because you had a valid reason for calling a kos. However, having a valid reason to call the kos does not negate the fact that you called a kos on an innocent, thus trinity didn't rdm you.

 

Hey there Bonk, I'm sorry for the events that occurred today (or yesterday, idk time zones). I'll gladly attempt to explain everything from the staff's side.

First off, let's go off of what you already know:

Pretty much a standard case of valid KOS against a killer .

Further on into the round, you had gotten killed for that very same KOS.

Here's a thing which many people seem to neglect on the servers; being "Proven" does not particularly mean anything of substance. A "Proven" person can commit a traitorous act and get killed for it regardless (which happened to you). In this case, you had gotten an innocent player killed. Although I must admit that a person should not always kill for a case like this when it can be explained further upon interrogation in the gameplay, but, it's not against the rules.

I've gone through this report on my administrator and all the little details of this case at hand. I have come to find I agree with his course of action taken by him, and see no wrong doing here.

I'll reiterate a point made by paci;

If you look back at that list of traitorous actions, you did call a kos on an innocent. No matter how valid reasoning you had for it, that justified trinity's reasoning to kill you. There's not much more to it.
