Reason For Report:

During the round, I managed to pick up a C4 which was dropped by a T. - As we all know we play the game for both fun & banter, we follow the rules. However I stated several times "I have a C4 but I'm innocent" over the mic, the round lasts for around 8 minutes max? so I decided to have a bit of a laugh and plant the C4 with the timer set on 10minutes.

Clearly this would not do any damage at all, we were all just having some fun right? Now fair enough noob999 (moderator) decides it's KOSable (even though he knew it was set on 10minutes and I was playing around) however I'm not sure which type of insecurity issues he suffers towards me, but he always seems to target me or find any reason to punish me and abuse his power. - a few rounds earlier he shot me (claiming it to be crossfire) then I killed him and he got mad over it?

Now Noob999 decided to be stupid and cut the wrong wire of the C4 killing roughly 4 players, this was out of my hand, what started off as a joke ended with 4 players being killed over 1 ignorant mod who cut the wrong wire (I mean I would expect him to at least know checking the body allocates which wire to cut safely) - However he decided to bait me and cut the wrong wire.

Noob999 decided to get his 'revenge' because he was mad that I killed him a few rounds earlier by setting x4 slay and 5 day ban on me, for what? planting a C4 with timer set on 10minutes.

I accept I may have stepped out of line with what started as a little humor, but Noob999 had no right to react the way he did - further more this has been going on for sometime, I feel very uncomfortable playing when he is online due to his abuse of power and constant moaning on the mic about how depressed his life is which creates a negative ambiance in the game.

I was there. In your report you refer to Noob as being 'retarded' very demeaning and harassing of you. If you plant a C4 as inno and it leads to people dieing it is your own mistake, so own up to your mistake. You rdmd 4 people, which is mass rdm. If I was Noob I would have done the same thing. @Noob999

I would like to add the following:
Moderators have to follow the rules set on this server. They do not have admin discretion so they HAVE to punish to what the rules say. In this case you rdmx4 which leads to the ban you got.

 

I was a witness of all this and like to do my story

as you did place the c4, leading up to the slays, there is no argue that following the rules the ban is valid.
however, I am sort of curious who has cut the wire of the c4. It seemed from my point of view that @Noob999 did that himself and since he got to ID the body he knew which wire to cut.. but then again I could be wrong.

 

C4 shouldn't have been planted by an inno in the first place tbh.

While the moderator was correct in issuing the ban as you are responsible for the damages done, you should have not been slain 4 times on top of the ban.

Normally if you did not have a history I would void it all. So to compromise I will instruct my mod to unban you but you will serve the 4 slays instead.

I will talk to him and make sure this doesn't happen again as your ban would be the normal punishment, not the slays on top of it.
