Some dude was sitting at spawn killing innocents. I was in one of the corridors that leads to spawn and I saw the traitor hug the afk dude, shoot him, then run on top of his unided body and id it. The traitor reported me and I said all the of stuff that I said right there and I got slain. The mod said that from where I was walking I couldn't have seen the traitor but obviously that's not true​

I have seen this, give me some time to gather my evidence.

 

Also, I reported a dude for rdming me and a bunch of innocents. The report was answered, but ninja didn't follow up on it. The dude's name was blazeking507 (STEAM_0:0:158710405). I asked ninja about my report, and he ignored the question. I asked him to look at the damage logs, and he said the dude never mass rdmed. It happened on inno motel at around the same round as the time the false slay was issued.,

 

Hey ifavila thank you for taking the time to report me. As a mod I take these situations as ways to help improve myself as a mod, and my knowledge of the rules. For this instance, I do have a couple different items of evidence.

As you can see from the Death Scene view there was no way that you could of seen ArpixOfficial shoot the AFK in the head, as he was behind the wall when it happened.

And for comments on blazeking507, I went through the logs multiple times on several rounds and I was not able to see any large amounts of RDM, other then a few kills which were Invalid after further investigation. There was instance that I found where I thought I had slayed blazeking507 for it, if not I do apologize, and unfortunately my PC crashed during a round, and I was not able to follow up with you more appropriately.

Im also going to tag @Sith Master as he is the Admin in charge of me right now.

 

the dude is two inches away from the wall. you can see the body fly forward, and the dude runs on top of it to ID it.

 

That is still suspicion though. Very High Sus yes, but without seeing the shooting itself, all you see is someone who Id's the body extremely quickly. The player couldve been killed by another player who was round the corner, or had moved away from the area by the time you were able to view the full situation.

That player, is now actually banned as I just came back on the server when he RDMed and is now banned for RDM & Leave 1st Offense, Unfortunately at the time when I was on with you I did not have enough evidence to ban him. Only to give him a single slay, which I had thought I did slay him for. If I did miss it, and not slay him, I'm sorry for any inconvenience that I may have caused.

 

also in the video he walked over an unided body which is when i killed him

 

In the video, it shows him walking towards the body and immediately Identifiying it. He didnt stand on any of the unid bodies.

 

Regardless, that was not the reason which you provided in the report @ifavila, you are not allowed to change your story after the verdict has already been given. Please allow me some time to wrap this up.

 

Hello again @ifavila, thank you for taking the time to report my moderator.

After carefully reviewing both side of this report, I will be marking it invalid. As shown in the deathscene, you did not witness ArpixOffical kill anyone, thus making NinjaDragon48's slay on you correct.
It's clear that you killed him on suspicion, considering that the player could have been shot from numerous other locations.
In regards to blazeking507, NinjaDragon48 handled that situation correctly as well, slaying him in the reports that were valid. I can also verify that he was banned for RDM and leave.
