Reason For Report:

NinjaDragon is being quite the useless staff in my opinion as i have reported many people but they got never slain even with him active ingame.So as i reported a mass rdmer and as expected nothing happened i decided to screen it all and use the logs to prove my point.​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

First of all we have some complaints about the players of the rdmer (aka sarl.letarot) here are the complaints:
*DEAD* Justsomeane: sarl is mass rdming halp
DEAD* Casher: pls next round slay the fucking sarl.letarot
*DEAD* Justsomeane: *ban
*DEAD* Casher: yea ban
*DEAD* luddite88: Ninja can you slay/ban sarl.letarot for mass rdm

This is round we got rdmed om with ninja still active ingame
after the some times sarl decided to leave the game.
sarl.letarot (STEAM_0:1:191601324) has left the server.

Instead of banning the dude he checked on his body instead.After that i gave up and left the game as i had enough evidence and waiting long enough for slain to be given.

Anyway if he got banned while i went offline (which i highly doubt) thanks.​

Thank you for taking the time to making this report against me, the reason I didnt ban sarl.leatrot is because he left the server and returned, at which point, the report no longer identified him for a response so I recreated the reports and did slay him appropriately later on (this took longer then expected due to connection issues), as I was also dealing with several other, issues Ie: I was logging on and off non stop due to connection issues and doing forum reports, along with recording software issues, as I was working on getting evidence of a hacker.

(unfortunately I did not ss the slays)

I'm sorry for any issues that he had cause, when he was not punished immediately.

I will take this as a learning experinece and attempt to remake reports more quickly, if they leave and come back, and punish as soon as possible, if they deserve it.

I will slay myself twice on the server, to punish myself for not handling this immediately, and because of me not handling this quick enough, ane you getting off the server.

Again thank you for bringing this to my attention. I'll allow either @CDriscoll or @Kyogre to make the final decision.

Thank you for taking your time to report NinjaDragon, and I'd like to apologize for any inconveniences we may have caused you throughout this ordeal. However, with that said, NinjaDragon was not in the wrong, and performed correctly in the situation. If a user leaves during a report and returns, they will not be able to respond to that same report, meaning the moderator would need to re-report the user to get their side of the story. After receiving the response, in the end, the user was slain. However, NinjaDragon has served slays he did not need to in an attempt to apologize for the inconveniences you may have faced, and I hope that you can appreciate that.

Again, I'm sorry for any inconveniences you may have faced and I want it to be clear that NinjaDragon had no intent to delay any punishments or neglect his duties. Rather, there was a minor hiccup in Ninja's process that called for more time to handle, with justice being served in the end regardless.
