Reason For Report:

Well I reported Scarce because I was a traitor had commited no T acts, nor was gba. In the report he says I was after the fact that he almost shot me once and said, "You're lucky crowned I didn't shoot you." After 10~ seconds I walk around the spawn area where I pasted Scarce and followed what happened in the hallway, he then shoots me and says I'm gba for coming after a gunfight and everything was settled. Claimed gba which was pretty sketchy for what he said previous 10 seconds ago, when he had no intention of shooting me and realized he almost made a mistake shooting me earlier. I am also reporting Glitch and Scarce for not giving explanation about that report because scarce knew what he did was underhanded but neither of them came to talk to me and right now there are FOUR mods on and they can't take the time to talk to me.​

Sorry for the crap quality for the report I had to pull it up from a video I recorded. I had to mark it WvW cause i wasn't able to see the DS to view who's side was right or wrong. It was originally under @The OG Kermit a trial moderator but he had some personal issues and had to leave. I don't recall if he had viewed it or not since no conclusion was set nor was it discussed. If you have proof other wise please post it and I will handle it from here. Again sorry for not getting back to you in a timely manner.

 

I figured as much since the round went by so quickly and it was the last round, again I’m waiting for @Scares70rm side and his POV which I assume he should’ve been recording since he was there with you.

 

You both are buddies of mine so again I understand you were training with a trial. I just thought since a lot of staff was on, I could have time to talk to either and both of you about this.

Alright I dont have any video on the situation or anything, but ill try to explain the situation from my perspective.

It was that ttt_stadium map, infront of spawn, we were inside that office area. I was looking at you and you had your back to the doorway, behind you someone looked at us then turned and shot down the hallway killing people, and getting shot at, i went out there killed him, then turned back around and killed you for gba. I felt this was gba because you didn't react to him shooting people behind you, neither did he shoot you when he was obviously going on a rampage. Instead you just stared at me the whole time.

As there was other staff online at the time, and training a new tmod, I left them to handle the report on me. Now as he said he had no deathscene cause that was last round of the map and it ended quickly and training new staff takes some time and patience. I was okay with either outcome of the report, so whatever the decision its fine.
