She came down in an elevator and saw an un-ided body nowhere near me and chose to kill me for it. Mister Tybe allowed it to happen. I asked them to produce the rule that states standing in the same room as an un-ided body is a T act and they couldn't produce any such rule.​

And now the deathscene. Unfortunately, I had to pull this from my gameplay footage as for some reason, the deathscene program has a grudge against me today and I was unable to get the deathscene recorded professionally.

Right then, let's go over what we see in the video. best put the volume to mute as it isn't needed

We see mistle in the elevator on the map of innocent motel, whether or not the doors were open the entire time or not is unprovable, but lets go with what we see.
As stated before mistle is at the elevator looking at two people, one that goes to the body and walks away from it, and you who moves around in a generall spot looking around and what not.
And the problem causer unid in the middle of the path to the hallway.

Mistle looks at the fellows in the midst of an unid body, and after a while, she open fires upon you for the reason of "yall just standing around it"

I deemed this report invalid because you were in fact just standing around, having a clear view of the unid before you and yet you did not go to id the body.

Let's look at the first bullet which I'll mainly use for this.

I'll believe there will no confusion about this, but let me summarize this anyways. Mistle killed you because you were with an unidentified body and you were not actively trying to identify it.

Let me also say this, I apologize for not answering your question earlier, I was busy handling the many many reports that came in one after another. Under those circumstances, I did not possess the ablility to answer many questions.

Ok so first of all I had 8 health. I had 8 health after killing one of those un-ided bodies with a fellow innocent in the basement (the one you see walking off screen). 2. I was not "near" the bodies as is evident in the video, I'm a good 2-3 seconds walking distance away from them. What you can't see in your replay cam is mistletolivia coming out of the elevator and within 1/2 second of the doors opening up blasting me in the face taking away my last 8 health. I said this multiple times to you over mic chat in the same context yet you did absolutely nothing still. I asked both of you to provide me with the rule that states simply being in the same room as an un-ided body is a killable offence and you still have yet to do so.

 

As I said before I was flooded with reports to handle that I had to spend most of my time in spectator mode just to clear them out. I was a tad busy. But yes, as I said I could not tell if the doors were open or not.

Being 2-3 seconds away from an unid body as we see in the video is plenty close enough seeing as we see you for 10 seconds not taking the 2-3 seconds time to id that unid.

Anyways I just gave you the rule, Being with unid and not actively iding them is a T act.

I've gone over everything and I can conclusively state that this report is Invalid. Tybe describes the situation pretty well. It does not matter how much health you had. It does not matter if .5 seconds after coming out of the elevator you were killed. The fact of the matter, and you admit this yourself, is that you were in a room with an unidentified body that you did not identify. You keep asking for a rule on this, and Tybe provided you with one.

"Being near an unidentified body but not actively trying to identify it is considered a traitorous act."

This rule means that if you are in the area of an unidentified body that is clearly visible to you and you proceed to do nothing about it, you are at risk of being killed as it is traitorous to not identify the body. Context of the situation does not matter here. To other players they either see you identifying a body, or they don't. As you had indeed committed a traitorous act as shown in the deathscene, this report is invalid against both mistletolivia and my moderator Tybe.
