Reason For Report:

Mister Tybe chose to kill me for killing Doc Holiday who was shooting at peoples heads. When I reported Mister Tybe he said fight him on the forums which is what I'm doing now.​

Alrighty, let's get this started.

First off the report:

And now my point of view. Unfortunately, I cannot provide the deathscene because as I stated in the other report, the deathscene program has a grudge against me.

As we see here, I go through the doors of the train and immediately see two people, You and bananatoast spraying at the ceiling.
Later on, I see you go to the other corner and fire once, I budge in at the same time to see someone getting killed.
And then I see you take a step back and try to flee through the door I just came in, this is also when I turned around and killed you.
I then get Immediately Destroyed.

You reported me for the reason of "you rdming fuck" and I responded "no u, i saw you shoot and you ran :v"

There was no other staff online at the time so I had to handle my own report, Scandalous I know.

But let's go over the reason I set my own report invalid.

Let's focus on the second bullet.

I killed you for two T acts.
1. T act of killing someone.
2. T act of running away and not going to identify after killing someone.
I remember you confronting me about finding a rule that states somewhat to this effect, and here we are. Sorry that it took quite a bit.

Anyways, I'm glad you decided to fight me here on the forums, so I could provide this rule.
I asked you to fight me because I could not provide an answer right away because I was handling the next few reports.

Ok first of all I'm not firing at all except for a single shot that entire video. I told you in admin chat that doc was shooting at my head and the heads of a fellow innocent as well as a detective. Something you didn't witness. You cane into the hallway saw me shoot somebody and killed me without any reasoning, explanation, or anything else. It's pretty obvious what you did was wrong as you immediately got killed by another innocent for doing it.

I killed you because I saw you kill someone and ran away from the scene.

This report is invalid. Tybe killed you for a valid reason. Even if you had a valid reason to kill the player that you did, Tybe also had a valid reason to kill you as you had committed a traitorous act. As my moderator did not abuse his powers as a moderator, nor commit an offense of RDM, this report is invalid.
