Reason For Report:

I am reporting this Mod because this is the second report I had did against Link, neither I do I believe were properly taken care of. The first report was during the last round of 67th way and Link was the last innocent, there was 2 people missing in action, and no one told him he was the last innocent, there were 3 traitor including me, we all proceeded to the barn to go after Link, me and another traitor walked past him and the third one was on the other side of the wall and started shooting at him, Link killed the traitor and ran to a hallway, I started walking towards Link making sure to identify the body, Link then began shooting at me so I shot back, but sadly Link killed me, In Links side of the report he said I was GBA, Matt_Allen didn't slay him, The second report was during the 2nd round at the innocent motel, I was afk making the first report because it was the last round of that map the report didn't go through, A fellow traitor killed 2 people by me, I couldn't identify the bodies because I was afk at the moment, time went by, and Link came up and shot and killed me, I then made a second report for killing a afk before overtime, Matt_ Allen responds was the Link was allowed to kill me because I was afk and there were unidentified bodies around me, I proceeded to tell him even if there are unidentified bodies around a afk you can still not kill them till overtime, You can see the full conversation on the screenshots. Me knowing this is not true came to the Shoutbox for support and the true Rice told me you can't kill afks until overtime even if they are a unidentified body, he also told me to report Matt_Allen for not slaying Link. Tagging @Matt_Allen . I was told this information by a previous staff member (admin IIRC), and I was wrong about it. As you do not know who really is AFK, you are able to kill them if they are standing over or are near UNID bodies.

While I can see how this may be counter intuitive, they can be killed because they ARE technically committing a traitorous act. Sorry to have mislead you.

 

Hello @Roxy551, thank you for taking the time to report me, and compile this evidence against me.

In the instance of the first report, Link did have a right to kill you with GBA. The three of you were walking towards the barn in unison and he had suspicion that you were traitors. Once he was able to confirm that one of you was a traitor, he could now kill you for GBA because you had all been associating with it. I had been spectating the whole situation, and found that it was a valid call on GBA.

As for the second report, I would like to tag @Rice as you are her "evidence" against me. You can absolutely be killed as an AFK when surrounded by unidentified's. There are multiple reasons why this is KOSable. First, you are committing a traitorous act by not identifying the bodies. How do I know how long you have been there? Perhaps you went AFK after killing them. Secondly, it is GBA, a traitor chose to kill those people, and not you, making it KOSable.

I would like to hear where Rice got his confirmation from that you can commit this act.

@Roxy551 Hello, hope everything is going well.

For the first case where Link had killed you for GBA, you had told us that you witnessed one of your traitor buddies shoot at Link. Depending on the area and the situation, this could still be seen as GBA since you were aware another player committed a traitorous act (shooting Link) and did nothing about it. You claim RDM while Link claims GBA, unless you have any proof, preferably video evidence, it would be handled as Word Versus Word.

Onto the second case.
In my opinion, being "AFK" does not make you some super being which exempts you from any traitorous act. Just because you're AFK, doesn't mean that the only way you can die is if it is during overtime. You're playing a match with other players, as long as you're alive and in the game, all rules still apply, that includes traitorous acts. If you were not aware of these traitorous acts, then that is on you. You are alive, and in game. If for some reason you cannot play the game for a brief amount of time, then I suggest to sit in spectate until all matters are settled.

How would other players know that you were AFK? Some players don't. This is why I believe it's fine to kill an AFK if there are unided bodies around them.

Apparently there has been some misinformation so I'm going to tag @Sinz .
Until then, i'll leave this open for further responses until Sniz gives his side.
But without any evidence and if Sniz decides to say something different, this report will most likely be invalid.

 

Hello there, I always thought what rice said he has stated above and in shoutbox, He has admitted his mistake killing afks for T acts IS allowed and I am also admitting to this mistake as, I am also partially to blame for this.
AFK's can be killed for being next to unidentified bodies just like a normal player would.

This is just the confusion of me and @Rice , because rules have changed since me and rice last checked.

 

"You can only kill AFK players in overtime", being AFK does not free you from total guilt and traitorous acts before or after overtime. Try to think of it in the perspective of the other player: Someone's AFK and there's multiple unidentified bodies around this person, another player had to kill these players and completely ignore the AFK. You can blame the traitors for setting you up, something they are supposed to do in order to win the game. @Toxin is correct in his thinking, no slay was to be issued.
