Reason For Report:

Im reporting to them both i would like to say marseverkey was loopholing and abusing the rules of an unid and killed anyone before giving a chance to id it even, and even using a smoke to cover the body at a time. I am also reporting patronous penguin for not taking appropriate action according to the Extended rules (https://www.seriousgmod.com/threads/sgm-ttt-extended-rules.42318/). In the rules it says

• If a player does not have a way to see the body (i.e. a body hidden in a nearby room/behind a wall), you may NOT kill them for being near it as they are likely unaware of it.
• Abusing this rule can be considered toxic gameplay/loopholing, depending on the case. Please think before acting upon it.

With this explanation then and the above scenario i believe this to be loopholing and abusing the rules while placing smoke over it and then also not even giving time by trying to hide the body to the right of a door that you walk through to a walk way.​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

I dont think i have any evidence i think patronous can explain the situation and im sure there are others that might be willing to chime in from that time period howeever i just want a review of the rules.​

Thank you for taking the time to report my moderator today here on the forums. We use reports against our staff as a tool to better our understandings and prevent further issues that could possibly arise. Now to the report at hand.

My moderator @Patronus Penguin handled the situation completely right here. This is quite the valid tactic and is allowed on our servers, granted some would never use it like myself but it is still valid. He issued no slay which in this case is correct, no slay should have been administered. As for your claim of you not seeing the body, if you look at :22 seconds into the video you clearly have a good look at the body and then decide to pass it which is what @MarsEverKey had killed you for.
