Reason For Report:

So one player called a bunch of koses on all of us, I didn't like it and reported him.
When it came to verdict Littlememe refused to slay Meow for calling a kos on me without any valid reason because "he didn't do harm to me".

As you can see, the Kos didn't affect your gameplay, which means meow didn't rdm you.

I feel like that quote by Opalium "The responsibility for the death/damage of a KOSed player is on the player who CALLED the KOS, NOT the player who scored the kill." is just trying to help the player on whom to report in case of damage or a kill.
So that quote doesn't have much with our case.

And you also gotta use common sense, how you do expect me to play normal as I did until some troll called a kos on me ?
Nah I would be in constant fear of someone killing me and the outcome would be me doing YOLO. It ruins players experiance drastically!
It's the same as knowing dec got your DNA, you know you gotta wrap up the game quick man.

 

As the rule stands now, if a false KOS doesn't dictum cause damage to you or kill you; nothing is done to the perpetrator. Your best bet is to play the round out as if you weren't kosed. If you die or get into a confrontation due to the KOS, report the player who called it and they will be taken care of (as long as their reason for calling it isn't valid). If the player you mentioned above was in-fact calling a bunch of false KOSes, I'm sure a few of them ended up being acted upon and the aforementioned player received some discipline.

As for this situation, @littlememe acted correctly. Hopefully we can all learn from this report. Thanks for reporting.
