    Which Server:

    Which Map:

    Which Round:
    Round 3
    Time of Occurence:
    Around 8:00 to 9:00
    Reason For Report:
The reason is because lightinig slayed me for 2 rounds. He slayed me for the reason of killing people that had gone into the detective room without permission. I see nothing on the MOTD about being able to kill them and i see nothing on the MOTD that says anting about not being able to kill them. I found that this is a special area and that the detectives, becasue they could go in freely, had juristiction. So i killed 2 people for being in there."3 total but 1 for shooting me. This was 2 unreasonable slays that i think are un-justified. Even if i dont win this i want a section on the MOTD to talk about the detective room to avoid this situation in the future. I hope I win this and i hope i get just compensation. Have a nice day.

Hello @Bill Nye hope you are having a wonderful day.

Anyways the case in question is against me since I am the one that issued the slays and not my fellow staff member @Lightning. I slayed you for these two reports http://prntscr.com/6foz8r and http://prntscr.com/6fozxo. In them you claimed that you killed someone for just being the d room. This is against our rules here at STTT and I tried explaining that to you after I slayed you. You would not even give me a chance and all you said was "Change the !motd then". I can not simply do that and so I am sorry that you didn't know that this was a rule, but accidental rdm is still rdm.

I will now tag my LOVELY admin @Azure so we can get a final judgement on it.

    Thanks for reporting!

it was not in the MOTD and therefore not a slayable offence in your juristiction so please dont say that you can slay me for something you cant change becasue in reality you are simply saying that its waht YOU think is wrong, not what the SERVER says is wrong.

Well Bill Nye actually this scenario not being in the !motd actually means it is a slayable offence. This is because entering a Det room is not under the "Traitorous Acts" Column in the !motd. Since it is not under the traitorous acts you can not kill someone for doing it, while there are some exceptions to this, there are few and this is not one of them.

    Precisely!
Above is the list of traitorous acts, and as you can see, there is no traitorous act mentioned for being in a detective room because it is simply not a traitorous act. Why is it not traitorous to enter a detective room? because the door can only be activated/ passed through by detectives; similarly Traitor-Only rooms can only be activated by traitors. The difference being that if you are in a Traitor-Only room it would be assumed that the play is a traitor who had the ability to activate the door to gain access to that room, so it would be logical to kill him. But if you are seen in a detective room, then that would obviously not be traitorous because you would have entered upon a detective opening the door, and there is no reason to assume them to be a traitor unlike the Traitor-Only room, because we know that players do not have the ability to activate/ pass through detective-only doors, except for detectives; to kill for this would be ill-logical and RDM. The punishments you received were valid, case dismissed.
