@TheCoCoFTW has banned this player. I'm opening this back up for various reasons. One is the ghosting that occurred at 9:02 between oreo and Zoro.

I would like more opinions on whether this player is hacking or not as well.

 

The player in question will be unbanned while this case is reviewed further.

 

After @Slicck reviewed the evidence, the Administration Team has come to the conclusion that the evidence put forth is not sufficient enough for a hacking ban.
