This stems from this report I had just made

As you can see, he RDMed way more than just 3 players. Any decent review of the logs will reveal that. In round 6 alone -- the logs for which are on that report -- he RDMed 6 people. Kyuu seemed to just do the bare minimum, disregarding unreported damage, which is something mods should be looking into as well, especially since I made a report.

Kyuu banned him while I was on the server so I messaged him saying that he RDMed much more than he was banned for and got no response.

Now if this was one instance, I'd be fine, but he did the same on another report I made, here, about a week ago.

Even here, it is clear he RDMed a minimum of 5 people, yet he was only banned for Mass RDM (3).

I'm not sure if Kyuu just doesn't want to take a quick look at the logs (which would clearly show how many players these 2 offenders RDMed), or if he just wants to do the bare minimum and mark the report as Completed. If I'm going through the effort of making a report, I would appreciate if the mod handling that report would put in the effort to make sure he is punished appropriately. If the staff handling the report can't do that, why are they handling that report at all?​

Hello, I saw the report on the forums about Asskicker47 and hopped on to deal with it and I was greeted with 3 reports on him(below) and being this player being the reason I hopped on I took care of it first before any other reports and after looking at the reports I came to the conclusion of banning the player for Mass x3 and a moment later received a pm from python saying he did way more than x3 and took that as a mental note to look into it more after I was done handling other reports at the time. When finishing up all the reports on the previous map and current map. Map switch had come around and when going to review over the reports I had screenshotted and the forum report I saw this report on me. I have nothing else to add.

There's another report up there that was mishandled as well, which is why I don't believe you would have looked into the AssKicker report further if I had not messaged you. You even went so far to mark the report as completed after I had PM'd you, and didn't say anything to me.

I also don't think you should be banning for Mass RDM without considering all the unreported damage.

 

That's all well and good, if we're talking about a single report that was handled incorrectly, but we're not. There is another report I brought up wherein Kyuu does the same thing. Sorry if I jumped the gun and reported him too soon, but by the time I posted this report, several rounds had passed in-game and I had gotten no response.

Please do not mark a report as completed without giving out the appropriate ban first.

For starters, @Kyuu had hopped on the server after I had posted the report. Obviously he wasn't on at the time, otherwise it would have been dealt with then.
Kyuu then issues a ban and the report is marked as Completed
I PM him and get no response back, nor was the ban re-issued or extended within several rounds and even a map change. I thought he would have ample time to correct this mistake, since it was pretty straight-forward, and especially since I brought it to his attention (which I shouldn't have to do in the first place).
I then post this report

The AssKicker report clearly shows 6 RDMs, and the Sam report shows at least 5, yet they were both only banned for the minimum (3) and the reports marked as completed when they were, in fact, not.
My point with this report is a mod shouldn't be marking reports as completed when they aren't, especially when the evidence in the report proves otherwise. All @Kyuu had to do was look at the logs I posted in the reports -- or, better yet, look at the logs from the previous map when he joined -- and he would know it was more than 3 cases of RDM for both of these players.

I don't even report for Mass RDM when it's only 3 because I know that a day ban isn't worth my time.

 

I can vouch Kyuu is really lenient on the bans. Yesterday in chat we were all graced with "Kyu has slain *whoever the fuck it was* 1 times. He had previously been slain by Kyuu 2 times" which is paraphrased a bit but yeah, Kyuu gave 1 slay to a guy they gave 3 separate slays
