Invalid Report against Kythol

    Reason For Report:
    So player Kanna thought It's me and said "It's Matejio 10/10" which is obvious sus in a eyes of the reader but habibi saw It as a KOS and unfortunately killed me for it.
    After I reported habibi Kythol made a verdict in his favor because apparently "It's Matejio 10/10" a valid KOS.
    He also said someone called me out in mic which no one did, if that was the case I would be shot by Kanna which I spend my whole time with.



    Correct KOS calling:
    For a KOS to be valid, it must be in one of the following forms, either in a single text message or through voice chat:
    • KOS Opalium
    • Opalium is a traitor
    • Kill Opalium
    Any other way of calling a KOS is not valid. For instance, even if someone says "Opalium has a knife!" or "Opalium just shot someone", that does not mean Opalium is now KOSed. They must be explicitly KOSed in one of the above methods.​

    Hello Matejio. I'm sorry you've felt the need to report me today. Let's go over what happened and why I made the decisions I did.

    While what you said isn't ENTIRELY true, you did get the general idea down. I will provide the reports involving this situation to help give some idea of what was going on. I originally had added a slay to habibi due to saying "its matejio" not being a KOS. After I added the slay, he sent us the following message in admin chat which really complicated things.

    From looking through chat, there was no instance of this being said in text chat. However, we did not have enough evidence to prove whether or not it was said in voice chat. While what Kanna said wasn't directly a KOS, it could have definitely been seen as a response to the question mentioned above.

    This along with what was given previously made me feel that any slay given would be sketchy at best, so no slays were added to anyone to prevent issues from arising.

    With that being said, I am not 100% certain on my verdict. The situation was complex due to a lot of "he said she said" type things. Also, there were other people needing assistance on the server at the same time as well as a trial mod that needed training. I could have easily made an incorrect decision due to trying to handle everything at once. If it is deemed necessary, I'll add any slays to whoever is in need of them.

    Hey there @Matejio ,

    Thank you for taking the time to report my moderator @Kythol today. We use these reports on the forums as a tool to strengthen our moderators and possibly correct the wrongs that our moderators may have caused.

    In this situation, I see nothing that Kythol had done wrong in this situation. With all the evidence presented here by my moderator, the situation boils down to a Word versus Word situation. The question that habibi states that is there was a question on who the T was, the Kanna may have stated that in that time the "Its Matejio 10/10" and with no evidence of the question Kythol could not have placed a slay in this situation on anyone. If he was to have placed any slay in this situation then it would have resulted in a false slay.
