Reason For Report:

he Slayed me for a Rdm that i had No direct Cause of. I placed a Barrel down some inno shot it and it killed an afk player and i was slain because i put the barrel down. by this reasoning if i were to put down a weapon and someone picks it up and kills someone else i should be held accountable. Which would make no sense.​

The only way you would be responsible for this is if the player in question was trying to shoot you for placing the barrel close to other players (a traitorous act) and hit the barrel in crossfire.

 

I forgot to add after i walked away from the barrel after setting it down the inno who shot it was killed (rightfully) and the Kynwall Kos'd me and killed me

The issue is that you placed an Explosive Barrel right beside an AFK player (innocent) and someone immediately shot it and killed said player (that player was also slain). If you were to never have placed the explosive barrel beside him, he would have never been killed from it, you put it there with malicious intent, you are a part of the reason he died and therefore are held accountable for your actions. Also your logic behind "if i were to put down a weapon and someone picks it up and kills someone else i should be held accountable." is invalid, you are inviting players to kill someone with an explosive prop by placing it beside them, dropping a firearm (unless it said use me to kill everyone from: "player name") for whatever reason and someone picks it up then proceeds to kill someone else is illogical for being held accountable for that death.

Let me put it in a real-life scenario for you in hopes of making this easier to understand, Person A gives easy access to lets say a bank vault on purpose to Person's B and C to rob, they are then caught in the process and arrested. Person A is also caught but is still held accountable for the crime since they are an accessory.

In conclusion I did not issue a false slay, you had caused a players death and were held accountable for your actions. I will now tag my Admin for his final decision.

My moderator, @kynwall, contacted me with the details of the situation immediately after it occurred asking for my discretion to slay you for putting an AFK player in immediate danger. Had it not been for your actions, this situation would have never occurred, and the player's death could have been avoided.

Your objective as an innocent in this game type is to sleuth and kill traitors, not place innocents in danger. Doing so results in players' rounds being ruined and negatively impacts your teams chances of completing the objective. This report has been found invalid.
