Reason For Report:

Kon'nichiwa rdm 6 innocent people when he himself was innocent. He was karma banned obviously, but since this was mass rdm I decided ro report anyway. Kon'nichiwa had a VIP rank so he should be known.​

I can confirm this. Kon was just randomly throwing frag grenades and exploding the barrels. And his reasoning 'just rdming for fun'
