Reason For Report:

I believe he is abusing/incorrectly doing his job. It starts as one player komodo killed two traitors. I walked in and went to id a body i did so and turned away and walked to the other side of the room. Komodo ca,e across the room and rdmd me with a sniper. I reported and so did one of the T's that he killed. My report nor The T's report were responded too and nothing was ever done. I received at one point a message stating we are currently investigating your report. Several rounds went by and me nor the T had heard anything or seen and thing being done in chat. So i asked Killa, "Hows my report coming?" another round went by nothing was said to me or the T. So again i did this. I had to do this until the map change. After the map change i waited about 2-3 rounds before asking again because i was curious on why we did not hear anything at all. He told me that there was never a report filed against that player for the previous map. I asked how that is possible because i received the message stating that your are investigating my report. (at this time he is the only staff on) I did not receive a response from this. I left the situation alone and decided to let it go maybe he forgot to check two report or so. Well rounds went by and i was hiding in a closet just minding my own businesses someone opens the door and fires a flaregun at me. Low and behold its killa I said Kos killa in voice chat, He then proceeds to ask me how i have seen his name. (he then killed me) He messaged me and said "nice hax" I took this into offence because clearly he was not disguised. Infect i panned is player in spectator mode and his name was there until he stopped and then turned his disguise on. I responded with "Now i have hax? Just like a report was never filed last map" He went on to say yes i was hacking no there was a report never filed then he stated that he has seen me hacking since the start of the map. I asked him how and why he accuses me of hacks, the only reason he could give me was the disguises that he forgot to enable. He said one more and i will kick you, I stated that i just would like to be informed why i was being accused of hacking and why this situation was not handled when he seen me hack at the start of the map. (by this time a round or two have went by and i was a t) After i sent him that pm i was kicked, I joined back upset for 1. i was kicked for asking reasonable questions and 2. I was a traitor So again i pmd him and asked why i was kicked "he stated harassment" I asked how it was harassment simply asking why i was being accused of such slanderous things i also asked if i could have 600 for the T round that was ruined in the process of him kicking me. He threatend me with a 24 hours ban next and i again asked what would be the reason all i was doing is trying to figure out why two reports were not responded too, why i was being accused of hacking and if i could be given 600 points for the T round i was kicked on at the start off. He then again kicked me for i do not know this time, But the messages said something along the lines of "seriously last warning or some odd message" Now that is why i am here i just do not think he is handling these situations correctly nor professionally as a staff member should.​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

I do not have screen shots or any type of picture/video evidence. When i was kicked the second time my Gmod blacked screened and i lost all control functions so i was forced to restart my game.​

1) i Told you that Reports from previous maps disappear, therefore i was unable to look into your report, however i can not recall the verdict on your report nor do i personally remember handling your report that you had claimed to send in.

2)Never had i said i have seen you hacking since the start of the map. i said my Disguise was active since start of the map, which was a simple miscommunication between you and i or a misread on your part.

3) The questions you asked were repetitive after i had already answered you Via Voice chat, which i know you heard me as you were responding to them. i asked you to stop Messaging me about the same subject after i had given my answer several times and you continued to ask me. after i asked you to stop 3-5 times i kicked you as per Harassment protocol in our !motd i then said "i have given you an answer and if you continue with the same subject you will be banned for 24 hours." you then proceeded to continue after being kicked, warned and told to stop, i then made the choice to kick you again Rather then ban you, which by our Moderator rules you should be banned, i went out of protocol because i didn't want to punish you for a simple misunderstanding. the kick message i issued you was "Last warning. Stop the harassment."

 

This is honestly why i wish i could have screenshot some of this pms and messages, You did in fact accuse me of hacking at the start of the map. I quote "I noticed you were at the start of the map" You never once answered my questions or talked to me in voice chat accept when you asked how i saw you, The rest was via pm because i did not want to disturb other players. After the first kick i stopped asking about the first subject i simply just wanted my points for the t round that was ruined. You pmd me right after my death and said "nice hax" and this snow balled into me "hacking" at the start of the map.

Sorry it took so long for me to respond, I had just came back from work.

You claim that you and the T that you believed was RDMED did not get a response from Killa (regarding if Komodo RDMED or not). If there was no slay issued against the reported player, then what you believed to have been RDM may not have actually been RDM. I'm not saying that this is the case, but its possible that he could have been flooded with reports and other players asking him questions/ updates on what is happening or maybe he just missed your messages. We arent expected to remember every single report with the response and scenarios for each one, and the fact that reports disappear after a map change doesn't help. This also may have been the case, simply not remembering the said report.

As for him "accusing" you of hacking, that was all a misunderstanding/miscommunication. He had told me that that was meant in a joking manner, never once did he actually honestly think you were hacking. Also, as told by Killa, he wasn't saying that you had these said "hacks" since the beginning of the round but rather that he had his disguiser on since the beginning of the round (which is why he joking pmed you saying "Nice hax"). I apologize if this offended you or made you feel uncomfortable, I have already spoken with him on TeamSpeak about this.

And finally, for the first kick, Killa claims that you have been pming him repeatedly about the same topic for quite some time, in a negative manner, where it seemed like you were questioning his abilities as a staff member. As Killa took offense to this, he had warned you to stop pressing the situation/asking about the same topic and you had continued to do so anyways, resulting in the first kick. You then came back after the first kick and asked him how it was considered harassment, the accusation of hacking (which was not intended to be taken seriously), and for 600 points. Staff members are not obligated to refund you points, if they do so, that is out of their own generosity. As you had still continued on the topic, he had then, instead of banning you, kicked you.

Keep in mind that I am not taking his side, I'm just going based off of what he had told me. This is a word vs word situation and I cannot just believe what you say or what Killa says in this situation, I would need evidence first. If you have any screenshots of the PMS, please upload them. If not, this report would be marked Invalid, as there is not any evidence to support your claim.
