If possible could you please give me a rough estimate of when this occured

EDIT: I found it. It looks as though you actually shot him a little, so he was probably chasing you. Because we don't have @jkman 's side of the story, we can wait for him to reply.

 

oh, I didn't realise that i shot him...

 

I'm going to mark this one as done because from the logs it looks as though @jkman was damaged by you, chased you down to the vents and killed you.
