Reason For Report:

Ichikunjii traitor-baited me by shooting at my feet while I was looking directly at him (which lead to me shooting him and being killed), then admitted it in PMs. I usually wouldn't think too much of it, except that he is a Mod, and directly admitted to it.​

Hi, let's get right into the report.

You're reporting me for Traitor baiting and have shared screenshots where I admit to it. I do not deny my actions, but I will explain why my actions are justified.

Traitor baiting is defined as performing traitorous acts (in this case firing in your direction) in order to bait out a reaction from the player/players in question.

The image above shows that I fired 3 AK shots used to T-bait you.

After the 3 shots were fired, you began to fire on me and even damaged me first resulting in a shootout between you and I.

After about 3 seconds of shooting, you were then killed by a T, and I was as well.

Traitor baiting is not against the rules. I shot 3 shots that did not damage you, or any other player. You then damaged me, and I retaliated by fighting back.

As was stated by Ichikunjii, traitor baiting is not against the rules. While it may instigate fire fights it doesn't damage players and it is on the player being tbaited to decide whether or not they should fight back. You fired the first bullet that actually did damage to him so Ichikunjii killed you for damaging him. While it may have been his fault that you shot him, you still shot him giving him enough reason to kill you. Seeing as Ichi did not do anything wrong, this report will be marked as invalid. If you wish to discuss further this report start a forum conversation with me and we may dissertate it there.
