I have no idea what the map is called but its a rooftop area, then theres an elevator with like a mini fountain at the bottom (if someone could help me :C)​

Reason For Report:

So I saw a floating unid body then a guy was swimming underwater away from the body. So I kill the guy and ID the body if you check the logs. But Hyper slayed me anyways.

I was trying to talk to both of them but Hyper left the server, not sure if he was intentionally avoiding me but please enlighten me if I was rightfully slain because I believe not.

If I'm not mistaken "boi" in the screenshot is the UNIDed body. You could see that I was the one who IDed it.​

I have seen this and will respond ASAP. I knew this would be an issue so I was going to record the death scene, but didn't get the chance to. I added you on steam also to talk with you, but you seemed to ignore it. Nevertheless, please be patient.

Hello s1rcool and thank you for taking the chance to report me on the forums. Let's get right into it.

The Story
As I said before, I was in the will to record the death scene, but due the to quick map change, I was not able to. I received a report on you for a case of RDM on the map, "lifetheroof". I was training with Senpai Reich and we made sure to go over every report thoroughly(verbally). As seen in the report screenshot, your response was, "there was an unidentified body floating in the water." Immediately, we looked at the death scene and we knew that something was off. The death scene depicted that you and the victim jumping off the top of the building at the same time and landing in the water simultaneously. You both went to ID the body immediately, but you got to it first. You then killed him for not identifying that body when you could see that he was going right for it with you. For the reasons above, I then slayed you as shown in the conclusion. Now as I said, unfortunately, I did not record the death scene so this argument is immediately in your favor.

For these reasons, I have gone ahead and taken the initiative to slay myself in advance to the verdict. I will leave this up to my admin, Han Solo, for his verdict.
Senpai Reich is not responsible for these actions as I was the moderator taking care of him. Nevertheless, I will tag DieKasta if any input is necessary.

As a moderator, it is Hyper's responsibility to bring evidence forward in cases such as these. It is impossible to truly determine who was right in this instance, as it just becomes an example of word vs word. However, since moderators should be making sure they have evidence to back up their punishments, I will be marking this report valid against Hyper. I will be speaking to Hyper about this privately. Furthermore, I will be locking and marking this post valid.
